#7 The Federal judiciary has long been at war with the Constitution, particularly the Fifth Amendment. They hate the death penalty (except when it's carried out by predators upon the public). What part of ", nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;" can't they grasp that with due process you may be deprived of life?
