Canadians Who Refuse Vaccine Won't Have ‘Freedom To Move Around’
[ZeroHedge] Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer says that those who refuse to take the COVID vaccine won’t have “freedom to move around” and will have to continue to wear masks.

Dr. David Williams was asked if he “would make some sort of mandatory vaccination recommendation.”

Williams acknowledged that “we can’t force someone to take a vaccine,” but when on to explain how people who didn’t take it would have their freedom of mobility severely restricted.

“What we can do is to say sometimes for access or ease of getting into certain settings, if you don’t have vaccination then you’re not allowed into that setting without other protection materials,” said Williams.

"What may be mandatory, is proof of vaccination, in order to have latitude and freedom to move around without wearing personal protective equipment." - Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Williams pic.twitter.com/gHupcMxbcm
— CrasHTalk (@CrasTalk) December 3, 2020

“What may be mandatory is proof of…vaccination in order to have latitude and freedom to move around…without wearing other types of personal protective equipment,” he added.

Williams also suggested that people would be prevented from entering certain settings without having been vaccinated if there was a “risk.”

As we previously highlighted, governments do not have to make the vaccine mandatory, they can simply make life unlivable for people who refuse to take the vaccine.

If bars, restaurants, cinemas, sports venues, airlines, employers and others all make the vaccination a mandatory condition of service, anyone who refuses to take it will be reduced to a personal form of de facto lockdown with their social lives and mobility completely stunted.

#1  Let me guess. Those who get the vaccine would get a number tatooed on their forehead or back of their hand which they need to show to get service...

#3  I can’t speak for Canada, but every time a patient gets a vaccine in the U.S., the serial number is entered in to the doctor’s records, and the patient gets a little card or a sticker with the same information. Those who have a passport should also get an International Certificate of Vaccination (“Yellow Card”) form on which to record such things to show those countries that require it for entry. Mr. Wife and I have had ours since we first got passports in the mid-1980s, the trailing daughters since they were infants. The thing itself dates back to the 1930s, though I think this is the first time a country has proposed requiring such a thing for domestic travel.

On the other hand, much of Canada is still frontier, making it a lot harder for the authorities to control beyond the big cities, or so it seems to me. But that pretty Prime Minister Trudeau has always had more hair than brains.

House votes to decriminalize marijuana.
[Daily Mail] House votes to decriminalize marijuana and expunge federal pot convictions, letting states set own laws - but move will be killed by Republican Senate
  • Democratic controlled House votes 228-164 to end federal criminalization of marijuana

  • That would mean states set and enforce laws on their own - and remove it from drugs dealt with by DEA and other federal agencies

  • Federal marijuana convictions would be expunged and a 5% sales tax imposed on it

  • But Republicans in Senate will not take up bill so move is dead for now

  • House also voted to ban private lion and tiger ownership - a move campaigned for by Carole Baskin from Tiger King documentary

  • That measure too appears unlikely to be taken up by Senate and Republican Ted Cruz said Democrats want to 'prosecute tiger king' rather than deal with COVID

  • Tiger king Joe Exotic is in fact already a federal prisoner after a successful prosecution brought by a Trump-appointed federal prosecutor

The Democratic-controlled House on Friday approved a bill to decriminalize and tax marijuana at the federal level, reversing what supporters called a failed policy of criminalization of pot use and taking steps to address racial disparities in enforcement of federal drug laws.

Supporters say the pot bill would help reverse adverse effects of the decades-long 'war on drugs' by removing marijuana, or cannabis, from the list of federally controlled substances while allowing states to set their own rules on pot.

The bill, which passed 228-164, now goes to the Republican-controlled Senate, where it is unlikely to advance.

#1  I see that US Senate still has a 75-year-old reefer madness mentality while people rot in jail for non-violent "crimes". It is absurd. Kudos to the House for doing what should have been done decades ago. The Senate should be ashamed of itself (but it's not).

Director of National Intelligence says he has given 'thousands of documents to John Durham'
[JustTheNews] Many of the documents "contain sources and methods that we can't make public for a number of reasons, including to jeopardize any investigation that's going there," DNI John Ratcliffe told the Washington Examiner.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said Thursday said that he has given thousands of documents to U.S. Attorney John Durham, but Ratcliffe noted that much of the material includes information that cannot be publicly released.

Durham was secretly appointed by Attorney General William Barr in October as special counsel to investigate federal law enforcement abuses in pursuing the Trump-Russia collusion narrative spun from a Democrat opposition research effort during the 2016 campaign.

"Between my predecessor Richard Grenell in an acting capacity and myself, we have declassified most of the intelligence community documents that would be suitable for the public to see, that wouldn't jeopardize sources and methods," Ratcliffe told the Washington Examiner. "There are others, many many documents — I think it's been out there that I've provided literally thousands of documents to John Durham, but many of those do contain sources and methods that we can't make public for a number of reasons, including to jeopardize any investigation that's going there. So I think the level of cooperation — I've given them everything that they’ve asked for."

Ratcliffe said that wrongdoing definitely occurred and Americans are entitled to "an accounting."

"There was an abuse of power and of legal authorities, and it's not a question about whether those things took place — they did," Ratcliffe said. "I mean, there's an FBI lawyer who is going to jail for counterfeiting evidence before the FISA court. And that after all of the Obama-Biden senior national security officials said the idea of illegal spying and abuse at the FISA court is a bunch of nonsense, and now, they're sprinting the opposite direction.

"I mean, literally, every one of them — Comey, McCabe, Yates — they've all said, 'Oh my gosh, we're shocked, and had we only known.' And so, again, the American people deserve an accounting, and I've certainly provided a lot of information to the now-special counsel to provide that accounting, and I'm counting, like all Americans, on him to talk about a lot of the things that I know that I can't talk about."

#6  Well, voting isn't working.

It is because the country has been voting in increasing numbers of TEA Party Republicans at all levels from local to Congress in Washington, DC, and then four years ago Donald Trump and Trumpster Republicans — who are TEA Party Republicans with attitude — that we are learning about this at all, and that anything at all is being done. Never before have we had video and truckloads of evidence, hundreds — or by now thousands — of witness affidavits, expert witnesses testifying on how the thing was done, undercover video from Project Veritas showing the vicious idiots boasting about it, top notch lawyers and at least some of the Republican Party officials and politicians pushing back against traditional and newly invented Democratic election shenanigans, senior government bureaucrats forced into retirement after public display of their misdeeds...

Over half the country understands exactly what misdeeds have been committed — not just joked about party machines and the dead voting early and often, but actually knows that for the first time there is masses of evidence proving that the accusations that have been made over the decades can now be proved.

And if, for some reason, we do not win the White House this time, the Republicans at the state and local level take the learnings from this round and immediately start clearing the battlefield for 2022. I suspect that by 2024, the only states where the Democrats will be able to steal the election will be those states they already own from the ground up.

I never thought to see the day that Ohio was declared a Republican stronghold instead of a purple state. And yet it has clearly happened, because our State Secretary of State has been cleaning up our processes and voter rolls. So if can happen to Ohio, the odds are good for many other states.

#7  because our [Ohio] State Secretary of State has been cleaning up our processes and voter rolls.

The sad part of that comment is that is sounds like it is something special the Sec. of State is doing. That should be de rigeur in each state. I suppose it just shows how broke the voting process is throughout the several states with each state running their own election gig.

#8  In the end it is the fault of an apathetic or indoctrinated citizenry.

IMHO, the Trump voters seem to be far more informed and motivated than voters on the left. Too many people are still watching MSM propaganda. More and more people are waking up to the dangers and threats to our freedoms from inside and outside the country.

Should current efforts to overturn what the majority of the public believes to be a fraudulent election, we, as a country, are in for a rough ride. We have problems of corruption in the media, big tech, parts of the judiciary and parts of Congress. The credibility of our one person, one vote is at risk.

#9  The sad part of that comment is that is sounds like it is something special the Sec. of State is doing. That should be de rigeur in each state.

It is now standard in Ohio, after they won a case or several brought against by Obama’s Justice Department for preparing to remove ghost voters. And one of the vote clean-up groups — possibly True the Vote — has been steadily winning lawsuits since 2014 against the most egregious states to force them to clean up their voter rolls, which is why California had well over a million fewer ghost voters on their rolls on November 3rd than they did two years ago, and soon will have removed over five million.

Biden Taps Former Chinese Tech Mogul For Trade Transition
[FreeBeacon] Ted Dean managed company tied to Chinese Communist Party.

President-elect Joe Foreign Policy Whiz Kid Biden
...Candidate for president in 2020. When the stock market crashed, Franklin Roosevelt got on the television and didn't just talk about the princes of greed. He said, 'Look, here's what happened.'...
tapped a businessman and lobbyist with ties to Chinese Communist Party-run technology firms to help lead a trade agency review team.

Ted Dean joined Biden’s agency review team for the Office of the United States Trade Representative in November. A former B.O. regime bureaucrat, Dean also worked for multiple organizations that dealt with the business and technology arms of the Chinese Communist Party. Dean served as the principal and president of a large Chinese tech consulting firm, as well as the chairman of a China-friendly business lobbying organization.

From 1999 to 2013, Dean held leadership roles at BDA China Limited, a company focused on "advising on investments in China’s consumer sector," according to the company’s website. BDA scrubbed details from its site describing how the company was founded following a conference hosted by the Chinese government. While BDA has not publicly disclosed its Chinese clientele, a 2016 New York Times

...which still proudly displays Walter Duranty's Pulitzer prize...

report said BDA helped raise capital for state-owned enterprises including China Unicom, China Telecom, and China Mobile. China Unicom and China Telecom were named in April as companies that are vulnerable "to the exploitation, influence, and control of the Chinese Communist Party," according to Federal Communications Commission chairman Ajit Pai. Congress moved Tuesday to punish China Mobile for its noncompliance with American regulatory policies.

The Biden transition team did not respond to requests for comment about Dean's business activities.

Omar Husband’s Firm Received Half Million in COVID Bailouts
[FreeBeacon] Pandemic windfall came as firm was raking in millions from Omar's campaign.

political consulting firm co-owned by Rep. Ilhan Omar
...Somali-American Dem representative from Minnesota. She was apparently married to her brother and may be her own grandmaw on her mother's side...
's (D., Minn.) husband, Tim Mynett, received more than half-a-million dollars in pandemic bailout cash—even as it was raking in millions from Omar's campaign.

The E Street Group, a D.C.-based company run by Mynett and Will Hailer, received $134,800 in Paycheck Protection Program loans and $500,000 in Economic Injury Disaster loans, new data show. Both funds were established to help small businesses cope with the economic downturn caused by the coronavirus (aka COVID19 or Chinese Plague)
...the twenty first century equivalent of bubonic plague, only instead of killing off a third of the population of Europe it kills 3.4 percent of those who notice they have it. It seems to be fond of the elderly, especially Iranian politicians and holy men...
pandemic.

Mynett's firm, whose LinkedIn page says it has between 11 and 50 employees, received the aid as it was being showered with cash from Omar's campaign. Throughout the 2020 election cycle, Omar's campaign steered nearly $3 million to the E Street Group to cover advertisements, consulting, travel expenses, and production costs. It was by far the campaign's largest vendor.

The firm also hauled in hundreds of thousands of dollars from other campaigns, according to Federal Election Commission filings. The additional payments include $175,000 from Omar mentor Pramila Jayapal's (D., Wash.) committee, nearly $130,000 from the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party for Omar mailers, and $40,000 from the Democratic National Committee.

The federal cash was intended to help struggling small businesses pay workers and stay afloat during the lockdowns. The new figures were released Tuesday after a federal judge ordered that detailed data be made public following challenges from news organizations. The Trump administration had insisted that making more detailed data public would infringe upon personal privacy.

Omar's campaign sent an email to supporters in mid-November saying she will cut ties with her husband's firm.

"So we've decided to terminate our contract with Tim and Will's firm," the email stated. "While many of our close supporters know these two well and have recommended we keep them on — I want to make sure that anybody who is supporting our campaign with their time or financial support feels there is no perceived issue with that support."

Just two months earlier, Omar said that getting rid of her husband's firm would be a "stupid thing to do." She also defended herself following a Washington Free Beacon report that her campaign dished out $600,000 in payments to the firm over a 3-week span in July.

"I don't pay my husband, I pay the firm to do work, and that 600 really is an example of that work," Omar said. "And so what we do is that we have this firm really carry out the contractual work that we do with other vendors."

For months, Omar and Mynett had insisted they were not romantically involved, even after Mynett's ex-wife said in divorce filings that the two were having an affair. Mynett claimed at the time that his ex-wife was trying to ruin his career. Omar and Mynett announced they were married in March.

The E Street Group did not respond to a request for comment.

Michigan Judge Orders Forensic Review of 22 Dominion Voting Machines, Giuliani Says
[EpochTimes] A judge in Antrim County, Michigan, has authorized a forensic audit of 22 Dominion Voting Systems machines, according to Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.

"BIG WIN FOR HONEST ELECTIONS," the former New York City Mayor wrote on Twitter on Dec. 4. "This is where the untrustworthy Dominion machine flipped 6,000 votes from Trump to Biden. Spiking of votes by Dominion happened all over the state."

It is unclear which of the several election lawsuits the order originated from. The public dockets in four of the major election lawsuits in Michigan did not feature an order Giuliani described. Giuliani did not immediately respond to an emailed request for clarification.
