Tens of Thousand of Pennsylvania Ballots Returned Earlier than Sent
[ConservativeTreehouse] Over 51,000 ballots were marked as returned just a day after they were sent out‐an extraordinary speed, given U.S. Postal Service (USPS) delivery times, while nearly 35,000 were returned on the same day they were mailed out. Another more than 23,000 have an impossible return date‐earlier than the sent date. More than 9,000 have no sent date.

[…] Impossible and improbable return dates indicate there's something wrong with either the database or the ballots.

Kamala Harris's Husband's Firm Reps Chinese Communist Party-Owned Corporates, Employs Ex-CCP Officials
[The National Pulse] DLA Piper, a multinational law firm, boasts nearly 30 years of experience in China and over 140 lawyers dedicated to its "China Investment Services" branch.

Harris’s links to the company are found with her husband, Douglas Emhoff, who has served as a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice and its Media, Sport, and Entertainment sector since 2017.

DLA Piper boasts of having "long-established and embedded "China Desks" in both the U.S. and Europe" to assist their China-focused consulting, prompting questions about how the firm’s potential proximity to the White House could be leveraged by DLA Piper, exploited by the Chinese Communist Party, or represent a financial conflict of interest for the Vice Presidential candidate.

Pennsylvania received 10,000 mail-in ballots after polls closed on Election Day
[Washington Examiner] PHILADELPHIA — Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar revealed on Tuesday that roughly 10,000 mail-in ballots were received between when the polls closed on Nov. 3 at 8 p.m. and Friday at 5 p.m., the time window considered a grace period after a controversial state Supreme Court ruling.

Many of the 94,000 provisional ballots also mentioned by the Democratic official are still being counted, according to PennLive.com, and 49,000 ballots cast by mail and arrived before polls closed have yet to be tallied.

"The counties have done an impressive job counting a record number of mail ballots and now are canvassing the provisional ballots, each of which must be considered individually," Boockvar said in a statement. "Millions of Pennsylvanians voted and made their voices heard in a free, fair and open election last week. I am so proud of the election officials and poll workers who worked tirelessly, amid a pandemic, so voters could decide this election."

President Trump's legal team is challenging whether those votes should be counted, claiming Pennsylvania's Supreme Court overstepped its boundaries by saying votes received after Election Day must be counted.

Joe Biden, the presumptive president-elect after media outlets called Pennsylvania and its 20 electoral votes for him on Saturday, currently leads Trump in the state, with 3,376,367 votes, compared to the president's 3,328,801 votes, a difference of about 47,500 votes.

In October, the Supreme Court declined to hear an emergency request from the state GOP demanding that no ballots received after 8 p.m. on Election Day be counted. In a dissent, however, Justice Samuel Alito suggested the court could revisit the case.

On Monday, the Trump campaign sued to block the certification of Pennsylvania's election results, citing irregularities in the process and alleged incidents of fraud.

Ga. Dem Raphael Warnock Repeatedly Praised Jeremiah Wright, Marxism
[Breitbart] Georgia Senate Democrat candidate Raphael Warnock has praised the controversial Rev. Jeremiah Wright on many occasions and praised Marxism as a way to "teach the black church."

During the 2008 presidential election, Warnock appeared on Fox News to defend Wright after it was discovered that then-presidential candidate Barack Obama had close ties to the reverend. Warnock hopes to unseat Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) during the January Senate runoff election.

During his March 2008 appearance on Fox News, he told host Greta Van Susteren that Wright’s legacy as a pastor was "social transformation that’s been the hallmark of Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s ministry."

He added that this legacy of "social transformation" was "why we are happy to honor" Wright. Warnock defended Wright’s "God Damn America" sermon as a form of "truth-telling," which makes the United States "uncomfortable."

The Democrat chided the media for the "constant playing over and over again of the same sound bites outside of context." He also praised Wright as a "preacher and a prophet."

Trump campaign seeks hand recount in Georgia, and could get it
[IsraelTimes] GOP politicians request new tally of nearly 5 million ballots, with Biden leading by 12,000 votes.

The race for president in Georgia is too close to call. As of Tuesday, Biden led Trump by 12,651 votes out of nearly 5 million votes counted. Nearly all ballots have been counted, though counties have until Friday to certify their results.

Georgia law outlines several steps that must be completed before results are official.

First, Raffensperger must decide whether to conduct an audit of the race. Under Georgia law, Raffensperger must select one Georgia race to audit and provide statistical evidence on whether the vote count was accurate. The audit will include hand-counting a random sample of ballots to check for accuracy. If he chooses the race for president, the margin is so tight that an audit would effectively require a statewide hand count of every ballot cast, Raffensperger said Tuesday.

Raffensperger is expected to announce on Wednesday which race will be audited.

There is no mandatory recount law in Georgia. However,
those who apply themselves too closely to little things often become incapable of great things...
regardless of whether the presidential race is audited, Trump could likely request an optional recount. State law provides that option to a trailing candidate if the margin is less than 0.5 percentage points. Biden’s lead stood at 0.25 percentage points as of Tuesday afternoon.

Collins and Shafer also requested that election officials recanvass the results for Perdue’s Senate seat and a state Public Service Commission seat held by Lauren "Bubba" McDonald. The AP called a runoff in Perdue’s race and hasn’t made a call yet in McDonald’s race, where the Republican leads but is short of reaching a majority of votes, as required by Georgia law.

Additionally, Collins and Shafer asked Raffensperger to verify the validity of signatures on 1.4 million mailed-in ballots and confirm the ballots include the proper notations, check in-person and mail-in ballots to make sure no one cast one of each, check that no one who’s not eligible was able to vote and trace the ballots’ chain of custody to confirm that they were legally cast.

There is no evidence of widespread fraud in the 2020 election. In fact, election officials from both political parties have stated publicly that the election went well and international observers confirmed there were no serious irregularities.

The issues Trump’s campaign and its allies have pointed to are typical in every election: problems with signatures, as well as the potential for a small number of ballots miscast or lost. With Biden leading Trump by wide margins in key states, none of those issues would affect the election’s outcome.

Trump’s campaign has also complained that their poll watchers were unable to scrutinize the voting process, including in Georgia’s Fulton County. Many legal challenges based on those complaints have been tossed out by judges, some within hours of filing. None of the complaints show any evidence that the election’s outcome was affected.

Cathy Cox, dean of Mercer University law school and a former Georgia secretary of state, said the election law places the burden of proof on Trump and his allies to show evidence of vote fraud.

"All I’ve heard is noise and innuendo, rumor and gossip," said Cox, a Democrat who served as Georgia’s top elections official from 1999 until 2007. "Just throwing junk at the wall to see if somebody will buy it."

#2  It looks like they are doing a hand recount in Georgia.

They will need to recount Michigan too. Way to many instances of funny stuff - voting machines that transfer votes, ballots magically appearing, poll watching irregularities.

However... When they tried a recount in Detroit for Hillary vs Trump, about 60% of the precincts could not be counted because the number of ballots did not match the totals on the ballot box and just like that, all talk of recounts faded away. And that was just a normal election with the normal amount of cheating.

I have no idea what is going to happen. A do-over would be the honest thing. We shall see if the legislature has the sand to do anything.

More Than 10,000 Dead People Cast Ballots in Michigan, Analysis Shows
[THEEPOCHTIMES] More than 10,000 people confirmed or suspected dead have returned their mail-in ballots to vote in Michigan, according to an analysis of the state’s election data.About 9,500 voters confirmed dead through the Social Security Death Index (SSDI) are marked in the state’s mail voting database as having returned ballots. Another nearly 2,000 are 100 years old or more and aren’t listed as known living centenarians.

The analysis was provided by Richard Baris, director of Big Data Poll.

The data indicates that somebody else was trying to vote on behalf of these people.

"It’s also entirely possible that some of them aren’t even real people," Baris told The Epoch Times via email. "If someone is 110 or some ridiculous age, we should have their death record but do not."

Americans older than 110 are exceedingly rare; only a handful of such seniors are known to live in Michigan.

According to the 2010 Census, there were 1,729 centenarians in Michigan (pdf).

Even if somebody tried to vote on behalf of a deceased person, the vote would be rejected, according to Tracy Wimmer, spokeswoman for the Michigan secretary of state.

"Ballots of voters who have died are rejected in Michigan, even if the voter cast an absentee ballot and then died before Election Day," she previously told The Epoch Times via email.

However,
man does not live by words alone, despite the fact that sometimes he has to eat them...
Baris isn’t convinced.

"While I’m open to the idea some of these have been rejected, I’m not open to any outright dismissal they all were rejected," he said in a Nov. 8 tweet.

The data on how many ballots were rejected isn’t available yet, Wimmer said.

She said that "a ballot received for a living voter may be recorded in a way that makes it appear as if the voter is dead."

"This can be because of voters with similar names, where the ballot is accidentally recorded as voted by John Smith Sr., when it was actually voted by John Smith Jr., or because of inaccurately recorded birth dates in the qualified voter file."

Woman Who Voted For Trump in Texas Shocked to Find Record of Her Voting via Mail-in Ballot in California
[SummitNews] A woman who says she voted in person for President Trump in Texas was shocked to discover that voter records showed she had also apparently voted in Orange County, California via mail-in ballot.

The woman gave permission for her name to be revealed and is happy to talk to law enforcement or Trump campaign lawyers involved in current election litigation.

Amanda Murphy moved from California to Texas a year ago and voted for Trump in the 2020 election.

However, when she checked voter records on the official voterstatus.gov website,
...actually voterstatus.sos.ca.gov — the URL above does not work...
it showed that Murphy had been registered as a "permanent vote-by-mail voter" in Orange County with a party preference of Democrat and that she had been mailed a ballot on the 5th of October.

The records also show that this mail-in-ballot had been received and accepted in Orange County on November 3rd, despite the fact that the woman had not voted in California.

Screenshots from the official voterstatus.gov website back up Murphy’s claims.

The Trump administration is currently pursuing litigation in a number of states in an effort to investigate allegations of vote fraud in numerous key swing states.
So, we now know how California always goes to the Democrat candidate.

Yes, California is a blue state but, as boomerc points out, there are several congressional districts where Republicans could have won and it could have tipped the balance in Congress.

Others also picked up on the idea: "Here’s something constructive Trump could do before leaving office at noon on January 20: he could order — demand, insist — that all classified intel and other documents related to the origin of the Russia/election investigation be declassified and released to the public forthwith — unredacted," columnist Sheldon Richman wrote.

It didn't take long for this distinct possibility to attract the attention of both the mainstream media and the intelligence establishment which has so long been at odds (or even at 'war') with the president. Reacting specifically to the ouster of Defense Secretary Mark Esper on Monday, ex-CIA spy chief under the Obama administration John Brennan essentially urged a palace coup against Trump prior to January 20th to ensure he doesn't declassify anything sensitive or too revealing:

Barr To DoJ: Investigate Voter-Fraud Claims — But ...
[HOTAIR] Is William Barr attempting to change the results of the election? Or is the Attorney General putting limits on the Department of Justice in an attempt to walk a tightwire for the next few weeks? Under tons of public pressure from Donald Trump
...New York real estate developer, described by Dems as illiterate, racist, misogynistic, and what ever other unpleasant descriptions they can think of, elected by the rest of us as 45th President of the United States...
, Barr finally ordered the DoJ to start investigating reports of election fraud even before states have certified their results. But only some reports, and only under specific conditions, as the News Agency that Dare Not be Named reported last night:

In a memo to U.S. attorneys, obtained by The News Agency that Dare Not be Named, Barr wrote that investigations "may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State."

He said any allegations that would "clearly not impact the outcome of a federal election" should be delayed until after those elections are certified and prosecutors should likely open so-called preliminary inquiries, which would allow Sherlocks and prosecutors to see if there is evidence that would allow them to take further investigative measures.

Barr does not identify any specific instances of purported fraud in the memo.

"While it is imperative that credible allegations be addressed in a timely and effective manner, it is equally imperative that Department personnel exercise appropriate caution and maintain the Department’s absolute commitment to fairness, neutrality and non-partisanship," Barr wrote.

This does deviate from DoJ policy in a couple of ways that might end up benefiting Trump, or at least his PR campaign. In general, the DoJ does not announce its investigations, although in this case they aren’t announcing a specific investigation. Also, they usually refrain from conducting any voter-fraud probes until after states certify their results so as not to interfere with that process. Both of those deviations are enough to raise some eyebrows; the DoJ’s top prosecutor for election fraud resigned that post in protest, although Richard Pilger is staying within the DoJ in a more general capacity.

#2  Word on the street is that:

Barr wanted to greenlight federal prosecutors to take overt steps in election cases weeks ago, before the election. Political leadership in the Criminal Division pushed back, and thought they had won. Then Barr issued his memo Monday, blindsiding them.

#4  The fix is obvious from the timing, place, method and magnitude of the sudden shift to Biden. It happened simultaneously in just a handful of swing states beginning in the wee hours of Wednesday morning.

The method was identical across Detroit, greater Philadelphia, Milwaukee, Fulton County GA, Clark County (Vegas) NV: boxfuls of absentee ballots, all marked for Biden and only for the presidential race, arriving at election centers at 3 or 4am.

The exact same wave, the same irregular voting pattern, in ONLY these five locales.

No such pattern and no post-midnight wave at all for every one of these locales' neighboring states: Philly and Detroit but not Cleveland. Milwaukee but not Chicago. Atlanta but not Miami. Las Vegas but not Los Angeles.

Funny, that: all the second cities & states in the above pairs -- the ones that showed a normal and regular and uncontested ballot-counting and reporting process -- are united by one thing only: the election wasn't close.

Wherever the election margin as of midnight ET on Tuesday night was within, shall we say, the margin of the truck -- 50,000 votes or so -- we saw the Democrat fraud machine kick into action. The exact same action, across cities and precincts notorious for election fraud: absentee ballots marked for Biden and only Biden.

The chances of such an anomalous result happening naturally, without fraudulent intervention in just one such county in one state are less than one in a thousand.

The chances of them happening simultaneously in five counties and only in a) the Democrat-dominated states where b) the election went down to the wire on Election Night are one in millions.

In response to which absurd lies and thievery any logical, mathematically-savvy citizen says, GO FUCK YOURSELVES, YOU LYING THIEVES.

Whoopi Goldberg To Republicans: 'Suck It Up Like We Sucked It Up'
[HOTAIR] Say what, Whoopi? I guess partisan memories fade fast. Today on the View, co-host Whoopi Goldberg went on a rant demanding that Republicans stop questioning the outcome of the election and instead "suck it up." According to Whoopi, that’s how Democrats handled it in 2016.

"I want to say to all those people who don’t believe that Americans got out and voted, let me say this to you," Whoopi said. She continued, "When you-know-who was elected four years ago, Crooked Hillary Clinton
...former first lady, former secretary of state, former presidential candidate, Conqueror of Benghazi, Heroine of Tuzla, formerly described by her supporters as the smartest woman in the world, usually described by the rest of us as The Thing That Wouldn't Go Away. Politix is not one of her talents, but it's something she keeps trying to do...
didn’t say ’Hey, wait a minute, this doesn’t feel right. Stop the count.’ She didn’t say ’This isn’t right, I’m not going for it.’ She didn’t say any of that. So all of you, suck it up. Suck it up like we sucked it up."

Bum's Rush for Trump Is Biden's First Mistake
[NYSUN] Congratulations are in order for Vice President Biden on the decision of the big news agencies and broadcast networks to declare him president-elect — and on his vow to be president of all Americans. Yet if his heart is really in that vow, it strikes us as a mistake to embrace the honorific of president-elect before a concession by Mr. Trump or even a single state certification of the vote. Particularly since the vote’s integrity is being challenged.

The better way for Mr. Biden to have handled this situation, however awkward, would have been to thank the networks for their support and for calling the election for him — but then to remind them, and the American people, that the result has yet to be certified. And to say that out of respect for both the president and the presidency, he’d prefer to wait until the electoral college and the courts have disposed of any challenges.

That would have been the sort of unifying gesture that we would have expected from a man confident of his victory. And of a leader genuinely committed, as Mr. Biden claims he is, to healing the country. It’s an enormous thing that Mr. Biden has won the largest popular vote in history. Why try, then, to preempt the electoral due process for, in President Trump, the winner of the second largest popular vote in our history?

In the country that Mr. Biden insists he wants to unify, after all, Mr. Trump’s voters represent nearly half the population. It was Secretary Clinton’s politically fatal blunder to have failed to recognize that if one maligns an adversary one maligns his followers. That’s as true in respect of Mr. Trump as, say, George Washington. A failure to grasp the point cost Mrs. Clinton the presidency.

Then again, too, Mr. Biden and Senator Harris have their own party to unify. That may require the same moves as any outreach they plan to Mr. Trump’s followers. It’s also unlikely to be any walk in the park. The Democrats have had their margin cut in the House, and they are — for good reason — taking it out on Speaker Pelosi, a fact made clear by an astonishingly bitter leaked phone call among the Democratic caucus.

The star of that phone call, Congresswoman Abigail Spanberger, a Democrat of Virginia, is quoted by the press association as saying, "If we are classifying Tuesday as a success from a congressional standpoint, we will get [expletive] torn apart in 2022." She is quoted as saying on the call that the number one concern she’s heard in her district was "defunding the police."

"And," she says at one point, "we need to not ever use the words ’socialist’ or ’socialism’ ever again."

The point here is not to reprise the Democratic Party
...every time you hear the phrase white people, white supremacy, white anything but paint, you're listening to a Democrat. Ask him/her/it to reimagine something for you; they do that a lot, though not well. They can hear a dog whistle a mile or two away. They invented the spoils system and Tammany Hall, and inspired the addition of the word (Thomas) Nasty to the English language. They want to stop continental drift and repeal the law of unintended side effects...
’s leadership void. It’s merely to mark that Mr. Biden has his work cut out for him if his aim is to unify the country. At the moment he stands at the head of a disunited party. The Democrats and the party press spent the last four years trying to destroy a presidency. They’re not going to heal those wounds by giving Mr. Trump the bum’s rush before the official count is certified.

You really think you can bring it back with one, glitzy TV show?

Biden coronavirus adviser wants US to distribute vaccine globally before it's available to all Americans
“We’re from the government, and we’re here to harm.”
[FoxNews] A government may give 'some priority to its own citizens, not absolute priority,' Emanuel wrote with co-authors

Oncologist Dr. Zeke Emanuel, one of 10 advisory board members named to Democratic President-elect Joe Biden's coronavirus task force, has pushed the U.S. and other countries to not hoard a coronavirus vaccine.

Emanuel, who served as a key architect of the Affordable Care Act under the Obama administration, co-authored a paper in September in which he encouraged officials to follow the "Fair Priority Model," which calls for a "fair international distribution of vaccine," rather than what he and his co-authors characterized as "vaccine nationalism."

Emanuel and his co-authors advocated for focusing on preventing premature death, the consequences of school and business closures and reducing general transmission of the virus.

Emanuel came under focus over the weekend after a 2014 essay he wrote, in which he outlines why he doesn't want to live past 75, resurfaced.

"Since 1960, however, increases in longevity have been achieved mainly by extending the lives of people over 60. Rather than saving more young people, we are stretching out old age," Emanuel wrote.
Democrats put other nations people ahead of Americans and it wouldn't be last time either. Treason.

#8  I hate to say it took me a minute to get the motivation for this. It's not to help the people of other countries, but to ensure the transnational progressive "elite" get the vaccine ahead of the average American.

I just had a test done at the university lab, because I had a cold and Mr. Wife got nervous — I passed with flying colours. Our private insurance policy covered the entire cost.

Final daughter, who is on Medicaid (government health insurance for the poor), needed the test done before her echocardiogram, also paid nothing out of pocket for the test, which she passed. She also paid nothing out of pocket for the echocardiogram, but that is a different discussion.

Nothing you wrote in your first sentence above is untrue, European Conservative, but in practice very few are paying out of pocket for the test, no matter how it is priced on paper.
