DHS bulletin warns of 'heightened threat environment,' violent months ahead
[FoxNews] The Department of Homeland Security issued a bulletin Tuesday warning of a "heightened threat environment" over the next several months as they monitor both risks of domestic terrorism and foreign adversaries looking to sow discord within the U.S. to promote acts of violence.

"The United States remains in a heightened threat environment, as noted in the previous Bulletin, and several recent attacks have highlighted the dynamic and complex nature of the threat environment," DHS said in a new bulletin from the National Terrorism Advisory System.

"In the coming months, we expect the threat environment to become more dynamic as several high-profile events could be exploited to justify acts of violence against a range of possible targets," DHS said.

The bulletin listed potential targets to include "public gatherings, faith-based institutions, schools, racial and religious minorities, government facilities and personnel, U.S. critical infrastructure, the media, and perceived ideological opponents."

The department said it is monitoring onling forums following the mass shooting at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, that have been encouraging copycat attacks.

The bulletin noted how pro-al-Qa‘ida and ISIS users online have celebrated the April subway mass shooting in Brooklyn, New York, and the January hostage situation at a synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, carried out by a British national in an attempt to inspire U.S. based individuals to engage in violent activity.

The update from DHS Tuesday reiterated from its previous bulletin that individuals both for and against abortion online have advocated for violence against government, religious, and reproductive healthcare personnel, and facilities in response to the high-profile U.S. Supreme Court case.

"Chinese, Iranian, Russian, and other foreign malign influence actors have sought to contribute to U.S. internal discord and weaken its focus and position internationally," the DHS said. "As the U.S. 2022 mid-term elections approach, malign foreign actors could bolster their messaging to sow discord and influence U.S. audiences in keeping with practices during previous election cycles."

The bulletin noted how foreign actors have amplified narratives promoting societal division in the U.S., including since the onset of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.

"Threat actors have recently mobilized to violence due to factors such as personal grievances, reactions to current events, and adherence to violent extremist ideologies, including racially or ethnically motivated or anti-government/anti-authority violent extremism," DHS said.

The department stressed that "foreign adversaries—including terrorist organizations and nation state adversaries—also remain intent on exploiting the threat environment to promote or inspire violence, sow discord, or undermine U.S. democratic institutions."

"We continue to assess that the primary threat of mass casualty violence in the United States stems from lone offenders and small groups motivated by a range of ideological beliefs and/or personal grievances," the bulletin said.

#10  This assessment predicts the rising anger the Puppet Show has created. They created a dialogue of "right wing extremism, militancy and white supremacy" in advance of any actual threat precisely to create the "threat" their policies are growing. This is classic agent provocateur reasoning on a national scale. Marxists think like this, and our woefully ignorant fellow citizens in the main are unaware of it as a revolutionary technique used to topple governments and systems in recent history. It appears the government is setting the stage for civil unrest to justify some kind of response this summer.

If Qatar doesn’t do better on terror funding, it risks joining Pakistan in the Grey List
[OneIndia] Qatar
...an emirate on the east coast of the Arabian Peninsula. It sits on some really productive gas and oil deposits, which produces the highest per capita income in the world. They piss it all away on religion, financing the Moslem Brotherhood and several al-Qaeda affiliates. Home of nutbag holy manYusuf al-Qaradawi...

Karnataka: 24 students suspended from Uppinangady college for wearing hijab to class
[OneIndia] At least 24 students were suspended at a college after they protested against the Hijab ban outside the Government First Grade College, Uppinangady in Dakshina Kannada district. The students even boycotted the classes in protest against the ban.

The college committee decided to suspend the protesting students for not following the guidelines. A few days back, 7 students were suspended in a similar protest.

The Puttur BJP MLA and the College Development Committee (CDC) chairman Sanjeeva Matandoor told PTI on Tuesday, "The students staged a demonstration. So they were suspended on Monday."

According to PTI sources, last week the girls came to the college in Puttur Taluk of Dakshina Kannada district wearing Hijab and protested demanding permission to wear the headscarf. The CDC met on Monday and decided to suspend them.

The panel had suspended seven girl students for coming to the college with Hijab.

The girls have been insisting upon wearing Hijab despite the Karnataka High Court ruling in March this year on the issue that head scarf is not an essential religious practice in Islam and everyone should abide by the uniform dress rule in the educational institutions wherever there is a dress code.

The court also upheld the Karnataka government's order which banned any cloth inside the education institutions that can disturb peace and public order.

The ruling came after a few girl students from a government pre-university college in the coastal district of Udupi approached the High Court after they were banned from attending classes with Hijab as some Hindu students in protest started coming to the college wearing saffron stoles.

The issue had sparked agitations by a section of students with saffron stoles versus Hijab row making headlines in parts of Karnataka earlier this year.

To control the situation, the Government had shut schools and colleges in Karnataka for a week in February.

Prophet remark row: Al-Qaeda threatens suicide attacks in Delhi, Mumbai, UP, Gujarat
[OneIndia] Dreaded terrorist group Al Qaeda has issued a threat saying that it would launch suicide kabooms in Delhi, Mumbai, Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat
...where rioting seems to be a traditional passtime...
to "fight for the dignity of our Prophet".

The terror outfit's threat came in response to derogatory comments at Prophet by Nupur Sharma, now suspended BJP spokesperson.

"We shall kill those who affront our Prophet and we shall bind explosives with our bodies and the bodies of our children to blow away the ranks of those who dare to dishonour our Prophet... The saffron bully boyz should now await their end in Delhi, Bombay, UP and Gujarat," the letter, which went viral on social media stated.

"They shall find refuge neither in their homes nor in their fortified army cantonments, May our mothers be bereaved of us if we do not average our beloved Prophet," it said.

"We shall fight for the dignity of our Prophet, we shall urge others to fight and die for the honour of our Prophet," the statement further said.

Meanwhile,
...back at the wine tasting, Vince was about to start on his third quart...
Maharashtra Police on Tuesday asked Nupur Sharma to appear before them on June 22 to record her statement in connection with her alleged derogatory remarks against Prophet Mohammad.

The BJP had on Sunday suspended Sharma over her alleged insulting remarks against Prophet Muhammad that drew condemnation from several Islamic nations.

Stepping up pressure for legal action against Nupur Sharma and Naveen Kumar Jindal, opposition parties on Monday demanded that they be arrested for their controversial remarks on Prophet Mohammad and accused the BJP of denting the image of the country.

While the ruling party faced more criticism at home, the diplomatic fallout of the row continued as Saudi Arabia
...a kingdom taking up the bulk of the Arabian peninsula. Its primary economic activity involves exporting oil and soaking Islamic rubes on the annual hajj pilgrimage. The country supports a large number of princes in whatcha might call princely splendor. Fifteen of the nineteen WTC hijackers were Saudis, and most major jihadi commanders were Saudis, to include Osama bin Laden. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman quietly folded that tent in 2016, doing terrible things to the guys running it, and has since been dragging the kingdom into the current century...
, Bahrain, Indonesia, Jordan, UAE and Afghanistan joined several Moslem nations in condemning the controversial remarks.

India: Why are Punjab singers under attack by criminal gangs?
[DW] The murder of rapper-turned-politician Sidhu Moose Wala has drawn global attention to the dark side of the Punjab
1.) Little Orphan Annie's bodyguard
2.) A province of Pakistain ruled by one of the Sharif brothers
3.) A province of India. It is majority (60 percent) Sikh and Hindoo (37 percent), which means it has relatively few Moslem riots....

music industry and the criminal networks operating within India and abroad.

No mention of Pakistani catspaw Khalistan (Sikh) liberation groups...
Rapper-turned-politician Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, popularly known as Sidhu Moose Wala, was shot and killed by unidentified people on May 29 in a crowded marketplace in the Mansa district in Punjab state, a day after his security was downsized by the state government.

The 28-year-old had a massive fan following both in India and abroad, especially in Canada and the UK, which have a sizeable Punjabi diaspora population.
…at least a portion of whom are Sikh…
According to Punjab police, Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, and gang member Lawrence Bishnoi, currently in a Delhi prison, were behind the attack. Initial investigations suggest that Moose Wala's death was the result of an inter-gang dispute.

Artists shared condolences online following the death of Moose Wala. Some also expressed concerns over the safety of artists in India's entertainment industry.

"Most people will never know the extent of what you have to deal with as a Punjabi artist behind the scenes on a daily basis," Amritpal Singh Dhillon, an Indian-born Canadian singer and rapper, and a close associate of Moose Wala, wrote in a post on Instagram. "With constant judgment, hate-filled comments, threats and negative energy directed towards people like us, who are just doing what we love."

Singer Mika Singh also shared his fears about celebrities becoming easy targets.

"Singers in Punjab often get such threats from gangsters. I am telling you from personal experiences, dealing with threats is very difficult," Singh said, while currently filming a reality show in Rajasthan. He has beefed up security measures as a precaution following the killing of Moose Wala.

PUNJABI ARTISTS UNDER ATTACK
Citing fears for his life, singer Mankirt Aulakh has also increased security. He said he requested Punjab police to step up security measures after receiving threats in April from the Davinder Bambiha gang.

The gang is reportedly engaged in a pie fight with associates of Lawrence Bishnoi. Industry insiders say scores of Punjabi singers are being threatened and attacked by gang members, and that extortion calls are seldomly reported.

"Many of the successful Punjabi singers or actors have linkages with Canada. Many of them have either permanent residency permits or have citizenship," Jaideep Sarin, a political commentator told DW, adding that Punjabi singers who have had success abroad are at increased risk of being targeted by gang members.

In 2018, unidentified persons shot Punjabi singer Parmish Verma in Mohali. He sustained a gunshot in the thigh. Gang member Dilpreet Singh, who is wanted on the account of numerous criminal cases including murder, claimed he shot Verma on his Facebook page.

In the same year, the well perforated carcass of budding singer Navjot Singh was found in an empty plot of land in Dera Bassi. Investigations are still ongoing.

During this time, actor-singer Gippy Grewal said he had also received extortion threats via video call from Dilpreet Singh, seeking protection money. Jalandhar-based Punjabi singer Rai Jujhar, meanwhile, said he received threats by an unknown person over the phone.

A BOOMING INDUSTRY
Punjabi music is one of India's fastest-growing music industries, according to Ghaint Punjab entertainment news.

The current value of the Punjabi music industry is around seven billion Indian Rupees (€84 million) and is growing at a pace of over 10% annually. The industry has more than 400 registered music labels that release around 15 to 20 songs every day. In 2019, the industry alone released more than 4,000 music videos.

"What we are seeing in the Punjabi music and film industry is what was witnessed in Bollywood years back. Extortion and protection money is now a given and the underworld is now wanting a share," Pramod Kumar, director of the Institute for Development and Communication in Chandigarh, told DW.

"These young musicians also seem to normalize violence through their genre of gangster rap and this is promoting a culture of violence," Kumar said.

Countries submit motion to censure Iran to UN nuclear watchdog
Kabuki for the rubes instead actually accomplishing anything useful.
[AnNahar] The United States, Britannia, La Belle France and Germany have submitted a motion to the UN atomic energy watchdog to censure Iran
...Formerly a fairly civilized nation ruled by a Shah, it became a victim of Islamic revolution in 1979...
over its lack of cooperation with the agency, two diplomats said Tuesday.

"The text was submitted overnight" from Monday to Tuesday, a European diplomat told AFP. A second diplomat confirmed the news.

The resolution urging Iran to cooperate fully with the ineffective International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) marks the first time since June 2020 when a similar motion censuring Iran was adopted.

It is a sign of growing Western impatience after talks to revive the 2015 landmark nuclear accord with Iran stalled in March.

The vote is likely to happen on Thursday during the week-long meeting of the IAEA's 35-member Board of Governors, one of the diplomats said.

In a report late last month, the IAEA said it still had questions that were "not clarified" regarding traces of enriched uranium previously found at three sites, which Iran had not declared as having hosted nuclear activities.

IAEA head Rafael Grossi told news hounds on Monday after opening the board meeting that he hoped "to solve these things once and for all".

The negotiations to revive the accord started in April 2021 with the aim of bringing the United States back into the deal, lifting sanctions and getting Iran to scale back its stepped-up nuclear program.

The deal -- promising Tehran sanctions relief in exchange for curbs in its nuclear program -- started to fall apart in 2018 when the then U.S. president Donald Trump
...Oh, noze! Not him!...
withdrew from it.

Iranian foreign ministry front man Saeed Khatibzadeh told state TV on Monday that Iran would reject the resolution, saying it would have "a negative impact both on the general direction of our cooperation with the IAEA and on our negotiations".

China and Russia -- who with Britannia, La Belle France and Germany are parties to the Iran nuclear deal -- have warned that any resolution could disrupt the negotiation process.

"Russia will not associate itself with such a resolution," Russia's ambassador to the U.N. in Vienna, Mikhail Ulyanov, said in a tweet late Monday.

Analysts say the high stakes negotiations are unlikely to fall apart because of the resolution.

US State Department accuses UN of singling Israel out in its COI
[JPost] The United Nations released a Commission of Inquiry that blamed Israel for the ongoing conflict with the Palestinians.

The US State Department responded on Tuesday to an initial report by the United Nations' highly contentious Commission of Inquiry, which charged that Israel is largely to blame for its conflict with the Palestinians, saying that "the COI in its current form is a continuation of a longstanding pattern of unfairly singling out Israel"

"As we have stated repeatedly, we firmly oppose the open-ended and vaguely defined nature of the UN Human Rights Council’s (HRC) Commission of Inquiry (COI) on the situation in Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza, which represents a one-sided, biased approach that does nothing to advance the prospects for peace," said Ned Price, the State Department Spokesperson.

"The report of the Commission, released today, does nothing to alleviate our concerns," he added. "While the United States believes the HRC plays a crucial role in promoting respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms globally, this COI and report do not advance this goal."

Price went on to say that Israel is the only country subject to a standing agenda item at the HRC, "and has received disproportionate focus at the HRC compared to human rights situations elsewhere in the world."

A country where the French Jew jewelers in the marina screw the American Jewish tourists
A country where mashgiachs are more wealthy than lawyers (bribes)
A country where the poor Israeli Ethiopian Jews get shoot and treated as a third class
A country where the majority of Israeli Arabs are criminalized on a daily basis
A country that thanks to the sympathetic mostly Jews owned American media can shoot and kill protesters or bomb and invade neighbor countries.
A country living on a lie and on American assistance.

#4  Oh my. You are a naif, aren’t you! And you visited Israel in person to see all that? You sound like the tourists who spent ten glorious days in New York City or Miami Beach and now know all there is to know about America.

In America, lawyers on average earn less than taxi drivers. Why should it be different in Israel?

The natives screw tourists everywhere. It’s part of the experience. I enjoyed the exact same myself in Munich, in Budapest (oh God, in Budapest! They tried to charge me more for porcelain than I would have paid in Germany, just because I’m American), in the tourist traps of Mexico, and (oh God cubed!) in New York City. I’d have to ask Mr. Wife about Bulgaria, but he was there to work, not as a tourist, so his experience would have been very different.

I didn’t realize the Jews in France went in for making jewelry. Belgian Jews from Antwerp for diamonds, Yemenite silversmiths and and those fancy knives their Arab neighbours went in for back home, sure, but I was under the impression that in France they were mostly in intellectual professions.

It is a universal experience that Former Iron Curtain and Third World immigrants are treated like crap in their new, First World homes. It takes a generation or two to climb that ladder to success, and now the younger generation of Ethiopian Jews are doing so — very popular musicians, representing Israel in the Miss Universe contest, full academic scholarships from the best universities. and so forth. Was your experience different when you moved to California from Bulgaria? What about the other immigrants who arrived when you did?

Israel’s Arabs have been in recent years complaining that Israeli police have not been protecting them from criminals. The problem is that the criminals are their neighbours, who shoot, beat up, rob, rape, and murder each other at much higher rates than do the Jews in the next neighbourhood over. The kinds of terroristic attacks on Israeli Jews that we report here are really much less frequent than the criminal attacks on each other, in line with the same behaviours in nearby countries. On the other hand, there are plenty of Israeli Arab police, army generals, judges, television reporters, beauty contest winners, and everything else available in an integrated society.

After starting and losing four major wars against Israel, the Muslim Middle East world tried paying the local Palestinians to carry out a proxy war instead.— Intifada I, Intifada II, Hamas’s missile thing, the rash of knife and car attacks — and in all cases Israel responded with overwhelming force. Sorry, you’ll find no sympathy here for suicidal idiots being sent more quickly to their god than they intended.

Russian military notes the growth of terrorist activity in Idlib
Direct Translation via Google Translate. Edited.
[REGNUM] The activity of terrorist groups operating in the Idlib de-escalation zone is growing noticeably, Rear Admiral Oleg Zhuravlev, deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties in Syria, said on June 7 at a briefing .

He pointed to the growing frequency of clashes between various gangs and radical groups.

"In the Idlib de-escalation zone, there is a tendency to further aggravate the situation. The terrorist activity of radical groups is growing, the number of clashes between various gangs is increasing," Zhuravlev said.

In addition, terrorists are increasingly organizing provocations with shelling of the positions of the Syrian government army.

Recall that the Idlib zone in northern Syria is actually controlled by Turkey, whose authorities have announced their intention to conduct a military operation in northern Syria.
