The withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan and the establishment of an interim setup are part of the plan.
Hekmatyar said that a number of members of the High Council of National Reconciliation, political movements and political parties are also working separately on their plans for discussions in the upcoming UN-led conference on Afghanistan in The Sick Man of Europe Turkey ...the only place on the face of the earth that misses the Ottoman Empire... Hekmatyar suggested that a single peace plan should be created from the various plans suggested by differing parties.
"Members of the High Council of National Reconciliation are thinking about different ways, because the peace council itself has not outlined any plan, this means that the government is also not capable of bringing a comprehensive and acceptable peace plan," said Hekmatyar.
Hekmatyar also called on the US to honor its commitment for troop withdrawal based on the US-Taliban ...mindless ferocity in a turban... peace deal.

"If the first deputy of the Islamic emirate (term used for Taliban’s political system) or the political deputy of the Taliban participates in the Turkey conference, that will be enough," said Hekmatyar.
Hekmatyar said that his supporters will stage demonstrations in Kabul on Friday and their demand will be the resignation of members of the government.

"Seven other security force members were maimed in the incident," two sources said.

[Rudaw] A top appeal court in the Netherlands ruled on Tuesday against bringing an ISIS-linked Dutch national home from al-Hol camp, citing security concerns over repatriations.
The Hague Court of Appeal said it backs the judgement made in October 2020 for the woman, who holds both Dutch and Moroccan nationality and has both psychiatric and physical problems.
"It is clear to the court that [appellant] 's interest in repatriation is very important," the court said in a statement.
"Moreover, the court considers it plausible that the situation for [appellant] is even more difficult under the influence of her psychiatric and physical problems... from the WhatsApp messages she submitted, the image emerges of a confused woman who also has a physical disability and is therefore dependent on the certainly not self-evident willingness of other camp inmates to take her fate and provide her elementary care."
However, women are made to be loved, not understood... the appeal court agreed with the preliminary relief judge's claim that her situation was outweighed by national interests. The relief judge ruled that "although the interests on the part of [appellant] are very important, the interests on the side of the State are so important that the balancing of interests should be in the advantage of the State." "Bitch is Krazy. And a burden on the State"
The Netherlands has resisted repatriating its nationals because of concerns over the security of both people who would be involved in the repatriation in "dangerous" northern Syria and the Netherlands as a whole.
The appeal court "is of the opinion that the State must have the freedom to decide on a case-by-case basis and on a "day-to-day" basis whether or not to deploy its officials in this way. In doing so, the State may always put the safety of the officials and other parties involved who would play a role in a possible repatriation of [appellant], which may mean that the State will only consider such a deployment if it is convinced that such a deployment can take place in a responsible manner for these parties."
There remain currently 110 Dutch adults in Syria who travelled to the country with "jihadist intentions" — 40 of them in camps and prisons in northeast Syria, according to data the Dutch interior ministry published on March 1.
[Rudaw] Denmark on Tuesday announced it has established a taskforce to assess the possibility of repatriating Danish children from camps in northeastern Syria (Rojava).
Denmark’s foreign ministry said the taskforce will reveal by May 15 whether Danish children can be repatriated without their parents "in a secure manner and within the framework of Denmark’s obligations to (international) conventions" and will take steps to prepare evacuations.
"As soon as the results of the task force are available, the government will take the initiative for renewed political consultations on the overall handling of the Danish children in the camps," it added.
The Danish government had previously stated that it would not accept children of ISIS fighters back into the country despite the dangerous conditions in the camps.
A total of 19 Danish children are currently held in the Kurdish-controlled Roj and al-Hol camps in Rojava, AFP reported on Tuesday.
A recent poll showed 49 percent of Danes were opposed to the repatriation of children up to 14 years old, according to AFP.
Denmark repatriated an injured child in June 2019.

[NY Post] US authorities have been releasing illegal immigrant families without notices to appear in immigration court amid an overwhelming record surge in border crossings.
News of the new practice came last week, when Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-Texas) revealed that about 150 migrants were released in one weekend "without a notice to appear" in court.
"How do you release somebody to the country without a notice to appear?" he asked on Fox News, noting that those released were family units, not adults or unaccompanied children.
Releasing families swiftly eases the burden on the overcrowded facilities run by Customs and Border Protection, which has come under fire for holding children for longer than the legal 72-hour limit.
Releasing the migrants does not solve the problem, however, instead shifting the brunt of the work involved in processing to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

[ENGLISH.AAWSAT] Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned on Wednesday of the consequences of dividing Syria if Washington continues to encourage separatism in the war-torn country.
Speaking at a special session of the Valdai International Discussion Club’s Middle East Conference, Lavrov said the frozen state of the Syrian conflict is fraught with a breakup of the country, stressing that Russia is exerting efforts to avert this issue.
"It is fraught with a collapse of the country, which would be particularly tragic not just because of the Kurdish factor that will immediately acquire regional dimension. There could be unpredictable consequences," said Lavrov.
"We are making every effort to avoid it, but it does look like a frozen conflict," he said when asked about the state of the conflict in Syria.
Lavrov also strongly lashed out at the US, accusing Washington of exploiting Syria’s resources and using ISIS terror group to hinder settlement in the country.
"ISIS was actively used and continues to be used by the US to hinder the processes that will lead to a settlement in Syria with the full participation of the current government," the FM said.
He accused the US of exploiting the hydrocarbons and grain that is produced in Syria.
"They make business to pay for the separatist actions of some Kurdish organizations to block dialogue between Kurds and Damascus."
The Russian top diplomat reiterated the need to resolve the Syrian crisis by implementing the UNSC Resolution 2254.
