[Breitbart] With the Oscars days away, street art hit various iconic spots throughout Hollywood and West L.A. Wednesday shining a spotlight on America’s fentanyl epidemic and not-so-subtly hitting at the politicians who might be responsible for it, including President Joe Biden, California Governor Gavin Newsom (D), and Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY). Most notably, the eye-popping artwork landed in the district of sitting Congressman and U.S. Senate candidate Adam Schiff, who is also portrayed in the art.
Not only did the striking artwork appear in front of the Academy of Arts and Sciences but it also surfaced in front of other famous L.A. landmarks like Canter’s Deli, the world famous Du-par’s Restaurant and Bakery, André Balazs’ Chateau Marmont, and the Capitol Records building. With bold colors, striking images and a wicked sense of irony, the artwork appears to be the work of conservative street artist Sabo, who has routinely embarrassed bureaucrats, corporations, A-list celebrities, and government agencies by highlighting their scandals in prominent locations throughout Los Angeles.
The street art depicts Biden, Newsom, McConnell, and Schiff basking in cash falling from the sky, while appearing beside a casket draped with an American flag, like pallbearers. The text simply reads 100,00 U.S. FENTANYL DEATHS A YEAR. The artist uses fentanyl pills to provide the backdrop while also showing Chinese dictator Xí Jìnpíng, raising blood-soaked hands — smiling from ear to ear.
The artwork, of course, is also a stark reminder of the devastation, death, and destruction the seemingly unfettered proliferation of fentanyl has inflicted on American communities.
Indeed, for Americans age 18-45, fentanyl overdose is now the leading cause of death. The dangers of fentanyl, its rapid spread in America, and the havoc it causes has also been the subject of high-profile Senate committee hearings. If passed by Congress and signed into law by Biden, the FEND Off Fentanyl Act would target the Chinese drug suppliers and Mexican cartels largely responsible for trafficking the deadly drug into the United States. [Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Multiple United States government websites went down as President Joe Biden delivered his State of the Union address.
Websites for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Secret Service displayed technical difficulty screens for 20 minutes on Thursday night.
Did this only effect their external, citizen-facing pages, or their internal, law enforcement functioning as well?
No specific reason was given for the outage but Department of Homeland Security officials said it does not appear to be malicious.
According to Search.gov, a search engine by and for the federal government, planned maintenance was scheduled between 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday.
While the government agency websites are down, much of the nation was watching Biden's pivotal State of the Union.
Mr. Wife and I weren’t. It seems cruel to watch that senile, drugged-up old man struggle with a task beyond his diminished capabilities.
On Wednesday, the networking platform LinkedIn crashed with thousands of users seeing an error message on the site.
The error message appeared around 9pm, according to outrage tracking service Down Detector. LinkedIn announced it is 'back up and running' around an hour later and apologized for the interruption.
Facebook, Messenger and Instagram were offline for 1.5 hours on Tuesday throughout the US, the UK, parts of Europe, China, Australia and Mexico.
A source inside Facebook told DailyMail.com that the company's internal systems were also down, which may have led to the issues.
In February, AT&T experienced a nationwide outage that downed 70,000 phones.
The phone company blamed its network outage on a 'software update glitch.'
There had been speculation that the issue may have been the result of a cyberattack, but the company said there were 'no indications of malicious activity'.
It remains unclear where the problem originated and, despite AT&T's assessment, both the Department of Homeland Security and FBI are investigating.

"Thank you to everyone who supported our campaign and voted to shake up the status quo in Washington," wrote Porter in a series of social media posts after she came third. "Because of you, we had the establishment running scared — withstanding 3 to 1 in TV spending and an onslaught of billionaires spending millions to rig this election."
She continued:
It’s clear Californians are hungry for leaders who break the mold, can’t be bought, and push for accountability in government and across our economy. And that’s exactly what we as Americans deserve.
Special interests like politics as it is today because they control the politicians. As we’ve seen in this campaign, they spend millions to defeat someone who will dilute their influence and disrupt the status quo.
But take my word for it: I’ll never stop fighting for you.
Porter received criticism for her suggestion that the election was rigged, with critics comparing her remarks to the claims made by former President Donald Trump ...Oh, noze! Not him!... following the 2020 election.
"She lost by 20 points, but is saying the election is rigged because she was out spent," reacted CNN ...formerly the Cable News Network, now who know what it might stand for... investigative news hound Andrew Kaczynski.

Fat, ugly, and stupid is no way to go through life, "lady". Schiff ran ads against "MAGA Steve Garvey". She ran ads against "MAGA Eric Early". I figure they thought they'd both end up running against each other.

actually, Schiff's ads while the narrative was critical of Garvey gave Garvey a lots of visibility that he would never have been able to get without the ads.
