Notorious mobster stunned by latest Hunter Biden allegations: 'Mind-blowing'
[FoxNews] Salvatore 'Sammy the Bull' Gravano served time for his mob activities

Former Gambino underboss Salvatore "Sammy the Bull" Gravano spoke out to FOX News following the latest bombshell report in the Biden family influence peddling investigation.

Gravano appeared on "Jesse Watters Primetime" on Thursday after a bank investigator tasked with detecting money laundering flagged "unusual" and "erratic" activity in regard to several large-sum wire transfers to accounts belonging to Hunter Biden.

A Bank Secrecy Act manager for one institution said the payments therein didn't appear to match with "any services rendered" by Owasco P.C., an entity controlled by the current first son.

"That's bank lingo for ‘bribe’," host Jesse Watters claimed prior to introducing Gravano.
An odd interview, but in his own way he is strongly principled and highly patriotic. A quick read at the link.

Caribbean-Latin America
Latin America On Edge As Venezuela's Maduro Holds Referendum Whether To Invade Oil-Rich Neighbor Guyana
[ZeroHedge] In a move that has prompted many to wonder which is the bigger banana republic, Venezuela or the US, Joe Biden's new BFF, Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro (who has promised to export a few barrels of oil to the US president - now that draining the SPR is no longer an option - to keep gas prices low ahead of the 2024 presidential election in exchange for sanction relaxation and defacto recognition by the White House that Maduro is the dictatorially "democratically" elected president of Venezuela, making a mockery of a decade of Western virtue-signaling sanctions), on Sunday Caracas is set to hold a referendum among Venezuelans on annexing (i.e., invading and taking over) a whopping 160,000 sq km of extremely oil-rich land in neighbouring Guyana.

Why now? Why only now when Caracas has for more than 200 years claimed rights over Essequibo, a vast swath of the territory Guyana? Simple: because as we said several days ago, it was only a few months ago that Maduro realized he has leverage over the US president of the "most powerful nation in the world" and get away with anything... even invading a sovereign nation.

Home Front: Politix
Michelle Outpolls Joe
By Roger Simon

[Epoch Times] If you delve into the Just the News article, you find that according to a Center Square Voters’ Voice Poll, President Joe Biden easily laps every single potential Democrat competitor, announced or unannounced—from California Gov. Gavin Newsom to U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren, even to former U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and his own Vice President Kamala Harris—by numbers approaching or exceeding 2 to 1.

Except Michelle Obama, to whom President Biden is losing by 45 percent to 43 percent.

This is, of course, before the former first lady has announced her candidacy. One can only speculate what the numbers would be if she did, but it's highly likely that the gap would widen considerably.

Many think she never will announce, preferring her current cushy lifestyle replete with super luxurious Aspen ski vacations to the travails of the presidency.

Perhaps.

But the unremitting will to power, seemingly in danger of slipping away from the Democrats/Globalists in an international movement toward MAGA-style populism, cannot be overestimated.

President Biden, for reasons that may include immunity to prosecution, will undoubtedly resist, but no one, as most of us learn eventually, is indispensable.

"Rocky" and I both also agreed that this replacement would occur as late as possible to avoid scrutiny and/or rules questions, most likely on or about the Democratic National Convention in Chicago (an Obama stronghold) in late August 2024.

It's there that Ms. Obama will be hailed as the conquering heroine.

If I'm wrong, you can all check me then, and I will eat the traditional crow.

But more importantly, is the Republican Party prepared for such an eventuality?

Not if we're to believe Vivek Ramaswamy, who, at the third GOP presidential primary debate, called for the resignation of Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and, by implication, excoriated the RNC for choosing the almost absurdly biased-against-Republicans NBC to host the event.

The candidate/entrepreneur challenged the network’s Kristen Welker for two years of bald-faced lying about Trump—Russia collusion. (Smiling thinly, she said nothing.)

No matter what one might think about Mr. Ramaswamy’s many proposals, he was certainly spot on in this case. The RNC hasn't exactly been creative or in any way modern in its methodology, seeming to look backward to a Bush era that no longer exists, especially with the party’s own rank and file.
Sorry, I used to be able to get past the ET paywall by using the 12 foot ladder, but - no more.It looks like he's off Politico and PJ Media, over to ET.

#8  I am increasingly doubtful that Big Mike has been persuaded to take the job, and that the Puppet Show thinks they can drag their shambling imbecile across the finish line with Bunker Biden Redux. They are delusional, but the elements of Executive Power that Hunter and Jill can manipulate have kept Pelosi/Newsome somewhat at bay. The Overton Window for an alternative to Jojo is murky at best, but in any case, is closing quickly. Kamala sees her chance as the Cardboard Cutout is physically failing and will not get off the stage willingly. I think the real powers behind the Puppet Show see that if the 2024 elections are held and they haven't put Orange Man in Prison, they won't be able to cheat enough to repeat the 2020 steal.

#9  I think we can rule out Newsom at this point. This is a trial balloon for Michelle that will dead end as they realize that her excessive popularity in blue cities will not translate into electoral paydirt. Finally, Hillary will squirt out a self nomination that will be as popular as a Wednesday morning shart after a too indulgent Taco Tuesday. In the end, the will go with some new person that we haven’t learned to hate yet as Biden’s shelf life does not extend past May. Joe’s corruption info continues to be extruded slowly by Comer and Biden’s ability to complete a coherent sentence and not faceplant diminish.

Israel-Palestine-Jordan
What Arab Nations Are Reportedly Saying to Israel in Private Is Quite Interesting
[Townhall] It feeds into everything that’s been reported about Israel’s Arab neighbors and why they don’t want Palestinian refugees roaming wild in their country: they bring trouble. The late King Hussein had to declare war on them and successfully drove them out. The problem is the Palestinian Liberation Organization set up shop in Lebanon, where they caused problems for the government while also attacking Israel from the southern part of the country. Israel had to invade in 1982 and remained in Southern Lebanon until 2000. Egypt has closed its border with the Gaza Strip in Rafah due to terrorism concerns.

In the days after the brutal October 7 attacks executed by Hamas, Egypt knew what was going to happen. They deployed tanks to the border while their prime minister vowed that his country would sacrifice millions to keep their borders safe. He was not referring to Israel. So, what’s the latest? Well, Haaretz is reporting that Israel’s Arab neighbors are telling Jerusalem privately that they shouldn’t stop military operations until Hamas has been annihilated. They view them as a domestic threat:
Kinda explains why Biden & Co haven't backstabbed Israel, yet.
It’s a slow-motion, “yes, but” stabbing.

#1  Some noted that this summit was a squaring-off between Saudi Arabia’s sphere of influence versus Iran’s. While others pointed to Trump’s fingerprints, namely that countries that signed off on the Abraham Accords rebuffed punitive measures against Israel.

Interesting. But that the Abraham Accords were crafted by Trump's son-in-law hasn't quite been completely forgotten.

Israel’s intelligence failure is a warning for America’s politicized agencies
A reminder from October 9th. Key paragraphs from the middle — the American comparisons can be read at the link.
[NYPost] Because the assault involved shootings, rapes and kidnappings, it seems somehow more personal than the jets of 9/11.

But there’s one way in which it was identical, and that’s the "totally unexpected" part.

Like American intelligence agencies before 9/11, Israel’s security services were caught flat-footed.

Both American and Israeli officials have said it was a complete surprise.

Israel has spies in Gazoo
...Hellhole adjunct to Israel and Egypt's Sinai Peninsula, inhabited by Gazooks. The place was acquired in the wake of the 1967 War and then presented to Paleostinian control in 2006 by Ariel Sharon, who had entered his dotage. It is currently ruled with an iron fist by Hamas with about the living conditions you'd expect. It periodically attacks the Hated Zionist Entity whenever Iran needs a ruckus created or the hard boyz get bored, getting thumped by the IDF in return. The ruling turbans then wave the bloody shirt and holler loudly about oppression and disproportionate response...
, of course, but apparently they heard nothing, which is worrisome. Or they aren’t reliable, which is more so.

The United States and Israel both monitor communications there and saw no indication anything was being prepared.

(There must have been plenty of communications, of course, but maybe they used couriers, carrier pigeons or some other nonelectronic means. Electronic spying doesn’t get everything, and people tend to rely on it too much.)

Israeli Ambassador Michael Herzog admits there was surprise but wants to look forward, not backward: "Right now, we have to fight a war, and win it, as I said. Later on, we’ll have time to investigate what happened."

That’s probably sensible — though if I were Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, I’d have someone lock down the records now — but since I don’t have a war to fight, I have a few thoughts.

We know what the Israeli intelligence agencies weren’t doing, which is getting warning of the attack. So what were they doing?

Well, one thing was organizing protests against Netanyahu, in opposition to his party’s platform of reform aimed at Israel’s Supreme Court.
The anti-judicial overhaul protests, sponsored by Joe Biden’s State Department and funded by a variety of Progressive billionaires, continuing the failure to drive Bibi Netanyahu out of government and put the Socialists back in charge that goes back to the turn of the millennium.
As a Washington Post headline says, "Israeli spy chiefs led secret revolt against Netanyahu reforms."

"The leaked document labeled top secret says that in February, big shots of the Mossad Spy Service ’advocated for Mossad officials and Israeli citizens to protest the new Israeli Government’s proposed judicial reforms, including several explicit calls to action that decried the Israeli government,'" the article continues.

This "direct intervention into Israeli politics by Mossad, an external spy service forbidden from wading into domestic matters," is "a significant revelation."

So the Mossad, whose job is to protect Israel from external threats, was instead monkeying with domestic politics.

Meanwhile,
...back at the hoedown, the fiddler suddenly struck a sour note. The dancing stopped abruptly. Everyone looked at Bob...
Hamas
...the braying voice of Islamic Resistance®,...
planned mass slaughter, unmolested.

Was the distraction of the agency’s (illicit) involvement in domestic politics the reason nobody noticed a huge terror operation in the works?

#1  It is a characteristic of every bureaucracy — and intelligence agencies are very much bureaucracies — that it tends to engage in mission creep, and its leadership tends to become increasingly focused on politics as opposed to mission.
