Very good chart. For those interested in a little intellectual heavy lifting, see Joseph Schumpeter's takedown of Marxist sociology in Capitalism, Socialism, and Democracy. Devastating, even in 1941, when it was written!

[BEE] SAN FRANCISCO, CA — After spending five minutes in the room with President Biden, President Xi Jinping made the call to go ahead and invade Taiwan.
"This has been very enlightening, now if you'll excuse me for a moment," said President Xi, stepping out of the room. "Oh man, that was so hard to keep a straight face! Woo. Okay, someone get me the army chief, it's a green light all the way."
According to sources, the meeting started off with President Biden offering to show President Xi how to use a fork. "Can you say 'fork'? We use these for eating here in America," explained Biden. "You'll find it so much easier eating your delicious General Tso's chicken with a fork than with those little sticks. Speaking of, would you like to hear me play 'Chopsticks' on the piano?"
President Xi graciously allowed Biden to play the piano before stepping out to make his call. "Yeah, we're good," said a chuckling President Xi to his Defense Minister. "Nothing to worry about here. Like, nothing. I have to go listen to some racist piano playing - will explain later, happy invasion!"
At publishing time, First Lady Jill Biden had called President Biden to see how his meeting with the "breakfast eggroll" was going.
[Rutherford Institute] Americans have become easy prey for hackers, scammers, snitches, spies, and con artists.
But don’t be fooled into thinking the government is protecting you.
To the contrary, the U.S. government is selling us (or rather, our data) to the highest bidders.
By the way, those highest bidders also include America’s political class and the politicians aspiring to get elected or re-elected. As the Los Angeles Times reports, "If you have been to a political rally, a town hall, or just fit a demographic a campaign is after, chances are good your movements are being tracked with unnerving accuracy by data vendors on the payroll of campaigns."
Your phones, televisions and digital devices are selling you out to politicians who want your vote.
"Welcome to the new frontier of campaign tech — a loosely regulated world in which simply downloading a weather app or game, connecting to Wi-Fi at a coffee shop or powering up a home router can allow a data broker to monitor your movements with ease, then compile the location information and sell it to a political candidate who can use it to surround you with messages," writes journalist Evan Halper.
In this way, "we the people" have been reduced to economic units to be bought, bartered and sold by all and sundry.
On a daily basis, Americans have been made to relinquish the most intimate details of who we are—our biological makeup, our genetic blueprints, and our biometrics (facial characteristics and structure, fingerprints, iris scans, etc.)—in order to navigate an increasingly technologically-enabled world.
Those intimate details, in turn, have become the building blocks of massive databases accessed by the government and its corporate partners in crime, vulnerable to data breaches by hackers, cyberattacks and espionage.
For years now, and with little real oversight or restrictions, the government has been compiling massive databases comprised of all manner of sensitive information on the citizenry.
[Fox] A New York judge has lifted the gag order imposed on former President Donald Trump in his civil fraud trial stemming from state Attorney General Letitia James’ lawsuit against him and the Trump Organization.
Citing concerns over free speech, appeals court Judge David Friedman issued a stay on the order Thursday, which was put in place by Judge Arthur Engoran in October.
Engoron, who is overseeing Trump's trial, imposed the partial gag order to block all parties from making derogatory statements about his court staff. He fined Trump $5,000 for violating the order on social media on Oct. 20, and did so again on Oct. 25 for another $10,000 before threatening imprisonment if further violations were committed.
At Thursday's emergency hearing, Friedman questioned Engoron's authority to limit Trump's speech outside the courtroom, and argued gag orders were used more in criminal trials where there is a fear of swaying a jury. The ruling also applies to Trump's lawyers, who say they have no plans to inhibit the former president's First Amendment rights.
Trump celebrated the ruling in a post on Truth Social, in which he railed against Engoran.
"Judge Arthur Engoron has just been overturned (stayed!) by the New York State Appellate Division (Appeals Court), for the 4th TIME (on the same case!). His Ridiculous and Unconstitutional Gag Order, not allowing me to defend myself against him and his politically biased and out of control, Trump Hating Clerk, who is sinking him and his Court to new levels of LOW, is a disgrace," he wrote.

Given 4 bad ruling or court orders so far.
With well known deep Democrat Party political ties and outstanding IOU's.
A judge that arbitrarily made himself a Real Estate Pricing expert, for a property not even located in his state. That he was able to value by looking at pictures and maybe videos.
Maybe Judge Engoron needs to resign, be removed, be investigated and replaced with a NON-Politically focused judge?
[American Greatness] Proportionality in war is a synonym for lethal stalemate, if not defeat.
When two sides go at it with roughly equal forces, weapons, and strategies, the result is often a horrific deadlock—like the four years of toxic trench warfare on the Western Front of World War I that resulted in 12 million fatalities.
The purpose of war is to defeat the enemy as quickly as possible with the least number of causalities—and thereby achieve political ends.
So, every side aims to find superior strategies, tactics, weapons, and manpower to ensure as great a disproportionate advantage as possible.
Hamas is no exception.
Its savage precivilizational strategy to defeat Israel hinged on doing disproportionate things Israel either cannot or will not do.

Since brutal murderers and serial killers are no longer executed but can only get life sentence (which is about 35 years), while their victims did get the death penalty.
