The crux of this is the extent of the crimes that the plea covers. On the face, it spays over the gun crime and tax evasion in Kilz., but Uday Biden committed, documented and abandoned several gigs worth of evidence of criminal activity. Is this a full Willy Wonka golden ticket? Did the DA carve out amnesty limited to these three crimes with the bribery evidence bowling down the alley towards the Hunter ten pin. That would probably be prosecutorial misconduct so I assume that the bribery is somehow covered by the tax evasion whitewash.
Finally, there is the possibility that other people are also amnestied within the deal. In the first Epstein plea, the amnesty of other unnamed people were covered in the plea. That stipulation has no legal precedent but that may possibly be the case here as well or it isn’t a true whitewash. The goal of this line dance is to cover Joe not Hunter so there must be a mechanism that blocks accountability for the Big Guy. Regardless, I call for the impeachment of the DA, Wray and Garland for what has been done in this case and regarding the Bidens in general.

Lawfare at its worst. It's possible the State courts might have some say so in criminal prosecutions even if the Federal courts want to only give Hunter a wrist slap and diversion. I wonder who got bought off in this slight of hand.
Meanwhile, Trump is up for made-up charges regarding library card issues that carry penalties beyond life in prison. What a load of crap.

As soon as the deal is approved, Jim Jordan needs to subpoena David Weiss for an appearance to discuss the bribery investigation. Weiss will claim that the investigation is ongoing. Then it is time to go over the plea deal with a fine toothed comb in front of the American people. The Dems shouldn’t have a protest as they have pointed out that Weiss is Trump appointed.

[FoxNews] A retired Green Berets chief who founded a nonprofit to help veterans struggling with suicidal thoughts told Fox News Digital that identity politics has been seeping into the military, which he said works against building cohesion among the ranks to the central mission of protecting the country.
Michael R. Carmichael, a retired Army Special Forces chief warrant officer who served in the Special Forces for 22 years and deployed on 11 combat missions, is also raising awareness that veteran suicides are likely higher than the official statistics and that Americans need to help them.
"I know what's right and wrong from the eyes of the establishment," Carmichael told Fox News Digital, citing his experience.
"So, the frustrations that the departments of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine and Space Force must be feeling as a knee-jerk to all of the social issues that are bubbling over with Gay Pride Month and all of that, I can't imagine what that's like," he added.
The Navy sparked backlash on June 1 when it posted an image on its Twitter and Instagram accounts that depicted outlines of Navy vessels and aircraft with streaming rainbow trails and the word "Pride" stylized in different colors. By the next day, the pictures had been removed without explanation.
When reached for comment, a Navy spokesperson said in a statement at the time, "The U.S. Navy posted graphics in support of the start of Pride month to honor the service, commitment, and sacrifice of the LGBTQ+ Service members and personnel who volunteer to defend our country."
"As we do with all Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) observance months, we will look for additional opportunities to celebrate the diversity and strength of our Sailors. Members of the LGBTQ+ community serve their country, fully contribute to the DOD mission, and deserve a welcoming environment which enables them to reach their full potential," the spokesperson added.
Carmichael warned that singling out any identity group over another is not conducive to the military's goal of building a unified team. He traced the beginning of such trends to the repeal of the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy during the early years of the Obama administration in 2011.
"I would say immediately, [there was] a huge shift from 'Let's all just get along, we're all different shades of green or blue or light blue' to now ‘I have a team within a team, but really my loyalties are toward this little team of people who are like me,' and less toward the big group," he said.
"All of these people joined a military whose goal is unit cohesion, everybody working together," he said. "But by coming with this baggage or shifted priorities, and holding them more dear than the values of whatever branch you're in, these are the things that the generals and the sergeants major were warning us of during the final debate on [repealing Don't Ask, Don't Tell]."
"They weren't Nostradamus, they were in leadership and service," Carmichael continued. "Everything that they said back then is coming true now."
Carmichael said such issues and the debate about them serve as "just a distraction" from the military's goal of molding a close-knit team and "getting the mission done."
Carmichael also maintained that the importance of being a team extends beyond a service member's years of service. To that end, he founded Check A Vet, a nonprofit that aims to prevent veteran suicide and raise awareness about the many veterans who struggle with their mental health.
The rate of veteran suicide may be more than double than that reported annually by federal officials, according to a joint study released last year by America’s Warrior Partnership with the University of Alabama and Duke University.
The study analyzed potential undercounting related to drug overdose deaths and service record errors in eight states whose records on such issues were reliable, according to the Military Times. If those numbers were extrapolated nationwide, the number of veteran suicides would jump from the official tally of approximately 17 per day to 44.
[FoxNews] The Biden administration’s so-called "equity agenda" suffered a major defeat in federal court recently. In a lawsuit challenging the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) — a new federal agency dedicated to helping only certain preferred racial groups — a federal judge ruled that the Biden administration cannot discriminate based on race.
Judge Mark Pittman, a Trump-appointee based in Fort Worth, Texas, delivered a remedial lesson in civics to the administration: "The Constitution demands equal treatment under law."
While such a statement should be obvious to any American, this was quite a painful blow to the administration. On his first day in office, President Biden declared a "whole of government" approach to racial equity, requiring all his agencies to "affirmatively advance[e] equity." In practice, the equity agenda resulted in a bevy of programs open to some races, but not others. Farmers, restaurant owners, homeowners, small business owners and federal contractors all got billions in federal tax dollars, so long as they belonged to certain racial groups.
The MBDA is the cornerstone of this equity agenda. Created as a permanent federal agency as part of the Infrastructure Act in November 2021, the MBDA is designed to help certain minority business owners with grants, training, consulting, government contracts and other benefits to juice up their bottom lines. As Under Secretary of Commerce Donald Cravins said, "If you are a minority entrepreneur, MBDA is your agency."
But that’s not exactly true. As Judge Pittman noted, MBDA won’t help business owners "who trace their ancestry" to the Middle East, North Africa or North Asia. What’s more, all minority business owners who own "less than 51% of their business" are excluded from getting MBDA help. So when President Biden announced that his equity agenda would "build community wealth" for "underserved communities," he meant only preferred racial groups — Blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans and some Southeast Asians.
But the world is a big place, so most non-White racial groups are excluded from the Biden administration’s definition of "minority businesses."
The federal government’s ridiculous attempts at racial line-drawing — for example, including Pakistani Americans but excluding Afghani Americans — is just a symptom of the underlying disease. As Chief Justice John Roberts once wrote, "divvying us up by race" is a "sordid business."
Enter Greg Nuziard, Christian Bruckner and Matt Piper. These three White small business owners from Texas, Florida and Wisconsin, sued the Biden administration, alleging that the MBDA is an unconstitutional agency. Represented by the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty, where I serve as deputy counsel, all three men attempted to get help from the MBDA but couldn’t because of the color of their skin.
In an email from the MBDA Office in Orlando, Florida, the MBDA told Christian Bruckner that because he was White, they couldn’t help him, but they would be happy to "refer you to our strategic partner… for assistance." Separate but equal, literally.
In court, the Biden administration attorneys vigorously defended this race-based agency, claiming that this type of race discrimination was justified because it was remedying "the effects of past inequities stemming from racial prejudice." According to this narrative, Biden’s attorneys said that redlining, Jim Crow and a "denial of benefits from the G.I. Bill" give modern-day policymakers a blank check to discriminate against Whites and other nonpreferred racial groups.
If this sounds familiar, it should. This is the theory of systemic racism, a modern-day progressive religion, which declares that all present-day racial disparities are caused by past race discrimination, despite clear evidence to the contrary (documented aptly by academics like Thomas Sowell).
According to systemic racism theory, salvation comes through "equity," which is nothing more than reverse discrimination, promising to make sure "we all end up at the same place," as Kamala Harris famously tweeted in 2020.
Judge Pittman was not persuaded. In ruling against the Biden administration, he explained that the Constitution forbids race discrimination, and that the government cannot justify a racial preference merely by pointing to statistical disparities. Allowing this type of justification for a race-based program would give "governments license to create a patchwork of racial preferences based on statistical generalizations about any particular field of endeavor."
Yet that’s exactly the goal of the equity agenda: racial preferences for preferred races.
Fortunately Judge Pittman followed the lead of a growing list of federal judges who have struck down parts of the equity agenda, including the race-based Farmer Loan Forgiveness Program and the Restaurant Revitalization Fund.
The fight is far from over. Every week, the Biden administration pushes yet another discriminatory program based on race. It will take brave Americans to be vigilant, and when the time comes, to stand up and sue the administration.
If past is prologue, the administration won’t stop discriminating until it is forced to stop by a court.

"It's an airtight legal defense," said CNN legal analyst Laura Coates. "Our sources have reported Hunter's attorneys met with prosecutors and simply said ’Our client's last name is Biden,' at which point prosecutors agreed to forego any jail time for the charges. Prosecutors knew they could do nothing against the ’I'm a Biden' defense tactic. It works every time."
Hunter's legal team defended the deal against claims of preferential treatment. "Allegations of double standards are ridiculous," said one of Hunter's attorneys. "Every Biden is treated exactly the same way."
Criticism of the deal came in quickly from right-wing Nazi MAGA Republicans. "So he doesn't pay his taxes, breaks federal gun laws, and rapes underage prostitutes, but he gets no jail time?" said local unimportant middle-class guy David Megli. "I guess it pays off to be the son of a corrupt President after all."
As part of the plea deal, Hunter's most severe penalty will be having his hair playfully tousled by the judge while being called "a naughty little rascal." Hunter will then return home to celebrate the plea deal by snorting cocaine off a hooker's buttocks.
At publishing time, former President Donald Trump had filed paperwork to legally change his last name to Biden in an effort to have all federal indictments against him dropped.
