Florida drug dealer suspected of meth trafficking arrested for 25th time: police
[FoxNews] Casey Judd Howe's first Putnam County arrest was in 1992, according to online records

A convicted felon in Florida was arrested for the 25th time in Putnam County on Friday, police said.
Twenty-five in thirty years? No mention of the gentleman’s record elsewhere, which could be equally frequent and monotonous.
East Palatka resident Casey Judd Howe, 49, was charged with first-degree felony trafficking in methamphetamines and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon on Friday night.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced that their deputies tracked the suspect down to a sequestered property in Flagler County.

"With the assistance of Flagler County Deputies and after an extensive search of the property, Howe was arrested on his warrants for first-degree felony trafficking in methamphetamines and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon," the Putnam County Sheriff's Office said in a Facebook post.

"As a little added bonus, the owner of the property had an unrelated warrant for his arrest," police added.

Howe's first Putnam County arrest was in 1992, according to online records. Most of his arrests were related to drugs or driving.

The suspect's latest arrest in Putnam County was in 2015, when Howe was booked for possession of methamphetamines. He was charged with selling synthetic narcotics the year before.

Sikh Man Who Turned the Tables on Shoplifter Facing Criminal Charges
[RedState] As RedState reported, a Sikh convenience store owner turned the tables on a shoplifter as he attempted to get away with thousands of dollars of stolen merchandise.

The viral scene unfolded in California, showing a man shoveling entire shelves worth of tobacco and other products into a trash can while taunting the owner with proclamations that “there’s nothing you can do.” The shoplifter quickly learned that wasn’t true, though, as he was tackled to the ground and beaten with a rod.

Apparently, while many California cities have no desire to actually enforce the laws against people who steal from business owners and put them in financial peril, they are interested in enforcing battery laws involving the protection of said businesses. According to a new report, the Sikh man is now facing criminal charges as local police investigate the incident.

Some are making the argument that the force used on the shoplifter in the video was excessive, and as a purely legal matter, that may be true. The shoplifter was begging for mercy while the store owner continued to swing back and strike him. The question is at what point the store owner is expected to disengage, and he likely passed that point.

Still, I think that argument misses the broader point of what normally law-abiding citizens are dealing with and what the ultimate consequences are of refusing to enforce the law against criminal vagrants. These business owners (and also just people walking down the street) are being ignored by local police and prosecutors as they are harassed, assaulted, and stolen from. It was just a matter of time before someone reached their breaking point and lashed out.

That’s really the story here, as far as I’m concerned. We can argue the finer points of the law all day and at what point self-defense turns into aggression. But what would solve all these problems and avoid scenes like those in that video is having local jurisdictions and state governments that are willing to put shoplifters and other common criminals behind bars so they can’t continue to terrorize people. Until that happens, we are going to see a lot more of what we saw in that video.

Related: See original Instagram video with commentary here. The sidebar says:
While several other national outlets have posted this these videos, cropping out the source, we actually interviewed the person who recorded them and confirmed the location of the incident.

On Saturday July 29th at 2:44am an unidentified robber entered the 7 Eleven on 121 Center St across the street from the Stockton Police Station according to our source Deda who says he recorded the now viral interaction. At this point the strong arm robber began filling up a garbage with mostly tobacco products behind the cashier counter.

After verbal exchanges take place the robber attempted to make his getaway shoving a clerk. At this point the tables turn rapidly as the assaulted clerk grapples his to the ground and another clerk rushes in to defend his coworkers with a broom stick.

After pummeling the thief two dozen times with the stick, the robber gives up. Encouraged by the source recording the video, Deda, the robber exits the store. “I picked him up from the two employees whooping his ass and escorted him out. Saved his life”, says Deda.

According to Deda the police never showed up despite being directly across the street from the police station. That fact may be due to a dire level of staffing on the police department. Current City Manager Harry Black has failed to increase levels of sworn officers to the Stockton Police Department even as Measure A comes up to a sunset. Measure A is a sales tax passed by Stockton voters in 2013 that “promised” to use the nearly $29 million a year it brings in to increase the number of officers on the force. Proponents even used scare tactics saying of voters didn’t pass the tax, the city would descend into chaos and violence. Ten years later there has not been a single year when that promised was kept and the police department has one less officers now than when it was passed despite over $290 million being stolen from tax payers.

I can even see a Free Drug Rehab for anyone asking the 1st time.

But why waste the Taxpayer $$$$, or the Narcan on perpetual OD'ing addicts?
That will never be anything but a drain on the already limited overburdened system ?

BTW: a Druggies's life is usually about 30++% shorter than normal.

‘My Ancestors Would Have Rolled Over In Their Graves': Son of Auggie Busch Blasts Dylan Mulvaney Ad
[Daily Caller] An heir to the Anheuser-Busch fortune spoke out against the company’s decision to partner with transgender activist and social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney, claiming it would have not sat well with his ancestors.

Billy Busch, heir to the Anheuser-Busch (AB) fortune, told TMZ Live his ancestors would have "rolled over in their graves" knowing the company they built had wandered into the maelstrom of divisive politics by featuring a transgender activist on one of their beer cans.

"They were very patriotic — they loved this country and what it stood for. They believed that transgender, gays — that sort of thing — was all a very personal issue. They loved this country because it is a free country and people are allowed to do what they want, but it was never meant to be on a beer can and never meant to be pushed into people’s faces," Busch stated.

In a statement to Fox News Digital, the company said "Local emergency personnel were on scene and were able to extinguish the fire within a few hours" at a plant in Garland "which manufactures mainly industrial coatings and resins."

Sherwin-Williams said an "explosion and a resulting fire" broke out around 1:15 a.m. local time this morning.

Senegal MPs clear the way for opposition figures to fight election
[AFRICANEWS] Deputies in Senegal
... a nation of about 14 million on the west coast of Africa bordering Mauretania to the north, Mali to the east, and a pair of Guineas to the south, one of them Bissau. It is 90 percent Mohammedan and has more than 80 political parties. Its primary purpose seems to be absorbing refugees...
's parliament have passed a vote which will effectively restores the right of two key opposition figures to run in the country's presidential election, due in February

The vote clears any person who has been convicted but then either pardons or amnesties them to run for office.

The decision allows opposition heavyweights Khalifa Sall and Karim Wade to stand.

In parliament Interior Minister Antoine Félix Abdoulaye Diome, explained: "The bill does not only concern the modification of article L28-3, which allows the convicted person to regain his or her rights by being reintroduced onto the electoral roll once the remaining period of the sentence for which a pardon was granted has expired. Beyond this, there were other advances resulting from the national dialogue."

Sall, a former mayor of Dakar and Wade, son of former president Abdoulaye Wade, have been considered for the presidential vote, due next year.

Neither could run in the 2019 presidential election because of separate convictions on financial issues. But they may now be able to stand in next February's poll.

Member of the presidential majority, Yeya Diallo, praised the president's efforts in bringing about the bill.

"This bill aims to revise the electoral code.

"As we have all seen, President Macky Sall initiated a national dialogue, which resulted in a decision to revise the Constitution and the electoral code."

2019 victor, Macky Sall, is completing his second term in office and is ineligible to run again.

China-Japan-Koreas
Text Messages Reveal that China Wanted to Use Biden Family to Acquire U.S. Energy Assets
[American Greatness] Text messages that have recently been given to the FBI show that a Chinese energy company sought to utilize its connections to Hunter Biden in order to purchase domestic energy assets within the United States.

According to Just The News, the text exchange in question took place between two of Hunter’s business partners, James Gilliar and Tony Bobulinski, on Christmas Eve of 2015. This exchange was shortly after Hunter had first been told about the conglomerate, CFEC China Energy, led by wealthy businessman Ye Jianming.

"I think this will then be a great addition to their portfolios as it will give them a profile base in NYC, then LA, etc," said Gilliar in the text message. "For me it’s a no brainer but culturally they are different, but smart so let’s see. ... Any entry ticket is small for them. Easier and better demographic than Arabs who are little anti US after trump."

This evidence further supports the bombshell claims made by another former business partner of Hunter, Devon Archer, in closed-door testimony before Congress earlier this week. Archer testified that Joe and Hunter Biden both actively sought to promote their "influence" to potential foreign partners, and that the two of them were considered a package deal in efforts to sell the "brand" of their family name and political power while Joe was Vice President.

According to calendar schedules from his abandoned laptop, Hunter eventually did have a meeting with CEFC Executive Director Jianjun Zang in December of 2015. By March of 2016, two of Hunter’s business partners, Gilliar and Rob Walker, drafted a memo for Hunter to sign and send to CEFC, to which Hunter agreed.

The text messages, exchanged between 2015 and 2017, eventually reveal that CEFC simply hoped to gain "influence" through its partnership with the Bidens, in order to eventually enter the American energy market with the purchase of energy assets in America and elsewhere in the West.

Government Corruption
Hunter Biden business dealings 'likely' tied to US posture toward Ukraine: Ramaswamy
[Washington Examiner] Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy suggested Saturday that the United States' involvement in the war in Ukraine is "likely" tied to allegations that President Joe Biden's son received bribes from overseas energy firm Burisma.

"The purpose of the U.S. military [is] to advance American interests, to protect the homeland. Not to aimlessly fight some random war that’s arguably a repayment for a private bribe that a family member of the United States received, $5 million from Burisma," Ramaswamy said during a campaign event in front of around 60 Iowans in Council Bluffs.

India-Pakistan
Hazara Express: Train crash kills 30, injures over 80 people near Nawabshah
[GEO.TV] At least 30 were killed and over 80 injured after as many as 10 bogies of Havelian-bound Hazara
...a grouping of Dari-speaking people of Sino-Tibetan descent inhabiting Afghanistan and Pakistain. They are predominantly Shia Moslems and not particularly warlike, which makes them favored targets...
Express derailed Sunday near Sahara Railway Station in Sindh's Nawabshah district, 275 kilometres away from Bloody Karachi
...formerly the capital of Pakistain, now merely its most important port and financial center. It is among the largest cities in the world, with a population of 18 million, most of whom hate each other and many of whom are armed and dangerous...
, officials said.

Commissioner Benazirabad division Abbas Baloch said in a statement that at least 30 died in the incident while passengers are still stranded in a bogie.

He said a relief train is also about to arrive and emergency has been imposed in hospitals of the district.

Accidents on Pakistain's decaying rail system are common and successive governments have for years been trying to secure funds to upgrade the rail network as part of China's Belt and Road Initiative for infrastructure projects.

Benazirabad Deputy Inspector General of Police Younis Chandio said that nine out of 10 wrecked bogies had been cleared, with injured and deceased being pulled out.

Science Magazine Links Autoimmune Disorders to COVID Shots
[Epoch Times] However, on July 3, the journal Science published an article confirming that COVID-19 vaccines are linked to autoimmune disorders, such as small fiber neuropathy and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS).

"We’ve been screaming from the top of our lungs about these things happening," Agnieszka Wilson, founder of #CanWeTalkAboutIt told The Defender. "And finally, slowly, it’s being acknowledged."

Science reported that in addition to abnormal blood clotting and heart inflammation, the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines give rise to "another apparent complication":

"[This] debilitating suite of symptoms that resembles Long Covid, has been more elusive, its link to vaccination unclear and its diagnostic features ill-defined. But in recent months, what some call Long Vax has gained wider acceptance among doctors and scientists, and some are now working to better understand and treat its symptoms."

People with long COVID can suffer similar symptoms, according to the article.

Study: New ‘Cancer-Stopping Pill' That Can ‘Annihilate' Tumors
[Epoch Times] Titled "Small Molecule Targeting of Transcription-Replication Conflict for Selective Chemotherapy," the study found that a drug the researchers developed was able to selectively disrupt DNA replication and repair in cancer cells. The drug is called AOH1996, named after Anna Olivia Healey, who was born in 1996 and died of a rare form of cancer called neuroblastoma.

Now that research has demonstrated promising results in cell and animal models, the new drug is being tested in humans in a Phase 1 clinical trial, Ms. Malkas said in a statement. Administered orally at a certain dose, AOH1996 "suppresses tumor growth but causes no discernable side effect," authors wrote in the study.

Most other targeted cancer therapies focus on a single pathway, which allows cancer cells to mutate and eventually become resistant to the therapy, Ms. Malkas noted. The unique mechanism of AOH1996 that enables it to target the mutated versions of PCNA sets it apart from other currently available therapies.

Ms. Malkas said results "have been promising" and suggest that AOH1996 "can suppress tumor growth as a monotherapy or combination treatment in cell and animal models without resulting in toxicity."
