Jackson, according to police, has an extensive criminal history.

Authorities say he was arrested for burglary in Miami Gardens and for burglary, display of a firearm and aggravated battery in Opa-Locka in May. They say he was arrested for possessing cocaine in September of 2011 and in April of 2011, he was arrested by School Board police for battery on a law enforcement officer.

German cops stop British "Tank"
German police failed to see the funny side when British pranksters tried to drive through the country in a DIY tank.

The makeshift Panzer - a camouflaged Ford Galaxy people carrier - carried a plywood turret on the roof and was armed with a plastic drainpipe for a gun.

But the 26-year-old British driver and his two passengers were pulled over by motorway police in Darmstadt who ordered the vehicle off the road.

"It was a dangerous structure. The turret and gun on the roof were not secured properly and there were also problems with the brakes," said a spokesman.

Police impounded the makeshift tank, ending the occupants' trip from London to Prague in a rally.

"It was a shame because they said they had already won a prize for the most original vehicle but safety must come first," said police.

Marianne Theresa Johnson-Reddick's obituary
Marianne Theresa Johnson-Reddick

January 4, 1935
Sept. 30, 2013

Marianne Theresa Johnson-Reddick born Jan 4, 1935 and died alone on Sept. 30, 2013. She is survived by her 6 of 8 children whom she spent her lifetime torturing in every way possible. While she neglected and abused her small children, she refused to allow anyone else to care or show compassion towards them. When they became adults she stalked and tortured anyone they dared to love. Everyone she met, adult or child was tortured by her cruelty and exposure to violence, criminal activity, vulgarity, and hatred of the gentle or kind human spirit.

On behalf of her children whom she so abrasively exposed to her evil and violent life, we celebrate her passing from this earth and hope she lives in the afterlife reliving each gesture of violence, cruelty, and shame that she delivered on her children. Her surviving children will now live the rest of their lives with the peace of knowing their nightmare finally has some form of closure.

Most of us have found peace in helping those who have been exposed to child abuse and hope this message of her final passing can revive our message that abusing children is unforgiveable, shameless, and should not be tolerated in a “humane society”. Our greatest wish now, is to stimulate a national movement that mandates a purposeful and dedicated war against child abuse in the United States of America.

Indian Limbo Rollerskater among New Guinness Records
[An Nahar] A 12-year-old Indian rollerskating fanatic and a skateboarding goat were among the record-breakers who made it into the 2014 edition of the Guinness Book of World Records, released on Thursday.

Schoolboy Rohan Kokane, from the western Indian city of Belgaum, won his place in the famous book as the Lowest Limbo Skater, rollerskating beneath a height of just 25 centimetres (10 inches) over a distance of 10 metres (33 feet).

The 12-year-old, the only member of his family who skates, said he hoped his place in the Guinness World Records would "bring great prestige to my country".

A Puerto Rican chihuahua called Milly was honoured as the world's smallest dog, coming in at just 9.65 centimetres tall, while Happie the American goat skateboarded her way to glory by gliding 36 metres in 25 seconds.

A German woman, Julia Plecher, was listed as the fastest person to run 100 metres in high heels -- crossing the line in just 14.531 seconds.

Six times bigger than a normal motorbike, a five-tonne vehicle made by Italy's Fabio Reggiani was officially named the world's largest rideable motorcycle -- while at the other end of the spectrum, Austin Coulson of the United States had the smallest car at just 126.47 centimetres long.

Steve Sansweet of the United States won a place in the book with his collection of Star Wars memorabilia -- which at 300,000 items is the largest in the world -- while 33-year-old Briton James Brown achieved a similar feat with his 332-strong collection of vacuum cleaners.

Brown has been collecting the appliances since he was eight, but said he did not enjoy housework.

#1  Ex Brit troopie Max Velocity now offers contact drills classes and patrol classes.

It occurred to me the other day that gun fighting is a completely different game than target shooting. A lot (most?) of you are going "Well, duh!", but it was a revelation to me. Might need to do something about that, given a future of uncertainties.

#2  Yet keep in mind that alot of citizens manage to do okay even without the training. I'm not saying the training is bad, but many people can't afford to drop 300-500 bucks on a tactical gun class.

My wife and I are going to take the concealed carry class here in Texas when this hitch ends and I get back onshore. Looking forward to that because I worry more about her than me.

If I could, I'd love to spend the money to have us both take some good home defense pratical courses, but money is quite tight.

#3  Last month I took a NRA "Basics of Personal Protection in the Home" night course. Very interesting shooting silhouette target in the dark. Setup was from a kneeling position behind a simulated bed. The intruder was at 21ft* in poor light and had been warned 911 on the line and you were armed.

The task was to take your weapon from normal storage place and get off two 5rd mags rapid fire*. We did several cycles, one with a "stovepipe" jam to clear and another with a simulated misfire/jam (instructor slipped snap cap in first mag).

This situation involved shooting without taking time to get a sight picture which I couldn't see anyway. My first shooting cycle had too tight a group for the instructor so I worked on spreading the rounds north and south between the Adam's apple and the laticables.

I have several choices for how the gun is stored since my weapon has a external safety and is SA/DA.

1. Slide open, loaded mags out of weapon.
2. Mag in, chambered round, safety on.
3. Mag in, chambered round, safety off, hammer down.
4. Slide open, loaded mag in weapon, no chambered round.
5. Loaded mag in weapon no chambered round.

We have no children and our cat is not that curious so I think for KiloBravo's sake I'll pick door three. I've instructed KB in first round DA shooting and wouldn't want her worrying about inserting mags or switching safeties off when in a stressful situation.

*Why 21ft and why rapid fire:

Our Instructor introduced us to the concept known as Tueller's drill. It is a drill which shows that most people can cover 21 feet in about 1.5 seconds.

"Sgt. Dennis Tueller of Salt Lake City Police Department conducted experiments which led to the conclusion that an attacker with a knife in his hand covers 21 feet in 1.5 seconds. Therefore anything under 21 feet is considered to be in the zone of "imminent danger of death or great bodily harm."

In other words a person with a knife or any edged weapon is a direct and imminent threat to you if that person is within 21 feet (7 yards).

Research shows that a person with a knife who is closer than 7 yards can stab or cut you before you can stop them with a gun.

Most police officers, even with the gun already in hand, cannot hit a target twice before the "assailant" can cover 10 yards.

All the the knife wielding assailant has to do is get within 7 yards before rushing you and you are in mortal danger."

#4  In my 20 +years of carrying a pistol, I'v attended several high end LEO/Mil only school. I've been trained by some of the military's most elite. To a man they say the same thing. Practice the basics and master the fundamentals. You can do a lot of work at home dry firing with snap caps. While nothing replaces trigger time, you should the ground at your abode and know it cold in darkness or light.

#6  Well spoken Billy, KiloBravo and I practice in the house with a Laserlyte 9mm cartridge and target. We can set up any scenario in the house and blast away. We even have a 15m range setup than runs from Kilobravo's bathroom, down the hall and across the livingroom.

Besides 9mm, Laserlyte also makes a .38, .40 and .45 cal acp in chamber laser cartridges. They have additional in chamber laser cartridges for rifles starting with .223 and with sleeves additional calibers.

Our next purchase may be their Reaction Tyme Target system. With this system you can take on multiple targets placed around the room.

Morocco unveils long-awaited judicial reforms
[Al Ahram] Morocco's Islamist-led government has unveiled a charter outlining a raft of long-awaited judicial reforms including a strengthening of the judiciary's independence that have been a priority of the ruling party.

The charter was presented late Thursday by the justice ministry, some two years after the kingdom adopted a new constitution in the face of sweeping Arab Spring protests with key provisions for judicial reforms.

The government has come under growing pressure to implement those provisions, by modifying the penal code and improving judicial procedures.

As well as strengthening the independence of judges, the charter aims to bolster the protection of human rights
...which are usually open to widely divergent definitions...
, enhance effectiveness of the judiciary and expand its institutional capacities, the official MAP news agency reported on Friday.

Other planned measures include reviewing the salaries of judges and the process of recruiting officials within the judiciary.

"This is a platform for the future, which goes beyond ministers and governments. It is a societal reform, developed by judges and lawyers, as well as activists," Justice Minister Mustafa Ramid told AFP.

Prime Minister Abdelilah Benkirane, whose Islamist Party of Justice and Development (PJD) triumphed in 2011 legislative elections, came to power vowing to prosecute corruption and make judicial reform a hallmark of his government.

"The charter constitutes a plan of action and a roadmap for reforming the judiciary," he was quoted as saying by MAP at Thursday's meeting, vowing the government would "deploy all the necessary tools to make this project succeed."

Central Africa Leader Dissolves Rebel Group
[An Nahar] Central Africa Republic's new President Michel Djotodia said Friday he is dissolving the Seleka rebel group that overthrew the country's former leader and brought him to power.

From today, the Seleka rebel coalition "no longer exists," said Djotodia, who was sworn in as president in August after seizing power in the violence-wracked country.

After ousting Francois Bozize from power, Djotodia's Seleka rebel alliance won de facto recognition from the international community and a shot at steering the nation through the transition period leading to fresh polls within 18 months.

The former French colony's sixth president is tasked with restoring security in the impoverished state and steering the nation through the transition.

Six months after Bozize's ouster, however, the picture remains bleak, with reports of widespread rape, child soldier recruitment and weapons proliferation prompting U.N. chief the ephemeral Ban Ki-moon
... of whom it can be said to his credit that he is not Kofi Annan...
to say the country needed the world's "urgent attention".

A U.N. report said Djotodia's Seleka fighters, many of whom have not been paid in months, were to blame for much of the chaos and that the group's hierarchy is doing little to stop them.

The International Federation for Human Rights said in July it had documented at least 400 murders by Seleka-affiliated groups since March. Bar a few arrests in Bangui, all those killings have gone unpunished.

Roman Catholic Priest Injured In Zanzibar Acid Attack
[BREITBART] A Roman Catholic priest was hospitalized on Friday after acid was thrown at him in Zanzibar, police said, a month after two British teenage girls were victims of a similar acid attack there.

The incident in the semi-autonomous, mainly Musselmen islands of Tanzania follows warnings by President Jakaya Kikwete that religious tension threatens peace in the nation of 45 million people.

Zanzibar police front man Mohamed Mhina said Joseph Mwang'amba had been attacked on leaving an internet cafe in the Mlandege area.

"He sustained burns in his face and shoulders. The acid burnt through his shirt," Mhina told Rooters by phone.

Yemen Investigating Death of 8-Year-Old Child Bride
[An Nahar] Yemen is investigating the reported death of an 8-year-old girl from injuries suffered on the first night of her marriage to a man in his 40s, the government said Friday.

The government has formed a committee "to verify the reports about the death of the girl, named Rawan, after being married to an older man," front man Rajeh Badi told Agence La Belle France Presse.

"The crime is not confirmed yet. The team's job is to verify whether this crime took place or not," he said, adding that police had not reported such an incident.

He said that the commission should complete its investigation by Saturday.

But rights activist Ahmed al-Quraishi, chairman of child rights' organization Siyaj, said activists who went to the northwestern Hajjah province had collected information that practically confirms the case.

"We in Siyaj are nearly sure of the girl's death, and that authorities are trying to cover up the issue," he told AFP.

He said locals in the town of Meedi told activists that they saw the girl some three weeks ago carrying a mobile phone, and saying that she was to wed to a man in his 40s.

Residents also said that she disappeared shortly afterwards, as did her family, according to Quraishi.

Some locals said the girl was married to the man who took her to a hotel, and that she died on the very first night from bleeding caused by sexual intercourse.

However,
a good lie finds more believers than a bad truth...
a security official in the area told activists investigating the case that the girl and her father were being held by police, without giving any details, Quraishi said.

Activists also discovered that Rawan's father had another daughter aged 10, who is also married.

On Friday, European Union
...the successor to the Holy Roman Empire, only without the Hapsburgs and the nifty uniforms and the dancing...
foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton said the reported death was appalling, and urged Yemen to ban child marriage.

#4  TW - Yes, the relationship was consummated when Aisha was 9 y/o, but Old Mo' asked for her hand at 6. Although the Koran states that puberty is the minimum acceptable age for kanoodling, there is, demonstrably, some room for, er, executive privilege which some errant soul may seize for his own benefit. Either that, or Aisha had some, for its time, unusual hormone issues.

Agreed that personal responsibility lies where it lies, but I believe that, in this venue, our Judeo-Christian guidance differs significantly from at least one other philosophy regarding the 12.5% difference between 8 and 9. It was and is, in our view and culture, a violent and abhorrent crime, but I suspect it will be more viewed, if anything, a Tort by the Islamic Elders.

No Periwinkle Clue Bat (TM) for me? I'm kinda' into that stuff.... ;-)

Britain
British college pressured to rescind niqab ban
A British student sparked a national debate this week when she tried to enroll for an A-level course at Birmingham’s Metropolitan College – home to 35,000 students the majority of them Asian. She was told that it was the college’s policy not to allow the niqab she was wearing because of campus security fears.

On Thursday night – in the face of a huge social media campaign organised by students, a 9,000 name petition and the threat of a lunchtime demonstration - the college said it would modify its stance. The niqab is now unbanned. Depending on which side of the argument they were on, the decision to reverse the policy was called either a victory for common sense or a humiliating capitulation for the British way of life.

Tory MP for Kettering Philip Hollobone said the change of heart was a matter of “shame” and made the argument for legislation banning the niqab in public more urgent. He said, "People are frightened of standing up and speaking out in this discussion because of political correctness and the intolerant reaction from Muslim groups who jump up and down with fury whenever anyone says that it makes sense for people to go around with their faces perfectly visible to everyone else which is the way human beings were created in the first place."

The college’s reversal mirrored the decision of Judge Peter Murphy at Blackfriars Crown Court in London on the same day. He had backed down after initially refusing to allow a woman accused of intimidating a witness to give evidence in a trial unless she uncovered her face.

Protest organiser Sabiha Mahmood a former student at the college, said the issue needed to be kept in the spotlight. She said that social network sites around the campaign had been bombarded with racist and Islamophobic comments.

The issue opened up a divide in the Coalition government. Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg had expressed “unease” at the decision to implement a ban. Meanwhile, a spokesman for David Cameron said it was up to individual schools and colleges to set their own dress code.

Wisconsin Teachers Union Decertified
Teachers from one of Wisconsin's largest unions have jumped ship -- voting overwhelmingly to abandon the group in the latest in a string of setbacks for the struggling labor movement following Gov. Scott Walker's union overhaul two years ago.

The decision this week to disband by members of the Kenosha Education Association came after the organization was stripped of its certification and told it had lost its power to bargain for base wages with the district. The group was decertified after missing a key deadline in the annual reapplication process.

The development is in keeping with an overall downward spiral for Wisconsin's public worker unions. The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reported earlier this year that tens of thousands of teachers and other government workers have left their unions since the Walker-backed law took effect.

Matt Patterson, labor analyst with the conservative Competitive Enterprise Institute, claimed the vote was a sign that workers were turning their backs on the unions.

"The news today proves what unions have long feared -- that when workers are actually given a free and fair choice, they will often choose opt out of union membership altogether," he said.

"The public at large -- and an increasing number of union members -- have become wise to the fact labor unions stifle innovation and burden governments and businesses with unsustainable costs and regulations."
Shocked, Surprised and Amazed!

India-Pakistan
India's Modi nominated as BJP's candidate for PM
[Dawn] Hindu nationalist Narendra Modi was crowned as the candidate for prime minister of India's main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday.

BJP president Rajnath Singh made the announcement in a brief statement to journalists, cementing the remarkable rise of a leader adored by business, yet tainted by deadly religious riots that broke out on his watch.

India is due to hold its largest-ever general elections within eight months.

"I will work hard to achieve victory for the BJP in 2014 elections," Modi said afterwards, describing himself as a "small party worker" from a small town.

From being the son of a tea-shop owner to running for leadership of one of the world's biggest democracies, Modi has methodically built a fervent fan base. However,
man does not live by words alone, despite the fact that sometimes he has to eat them...
as a deeply polarising figure he has also managed to make enemies along the way - even within his own party.

The nomination will pit the business-friendly chief minister of Gujrat against the centre-left Congress party, which is criticized as having turned jaded after a decade at the head of a testy ruling coalition.

CJ says God's name being used to evade justice
[Dawn] Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry on Friday said pardoning in God's name someone convicted of murder by a court of law was tantamount to evading the law, DawnNews reported.

The chief justice's remarks come days after the parents and two sisters of Shahzeb Khan, who was murdered in cold blood by a business tycoon's son and his three accomplices, approached the Sindh High Court to seek acquittal of the convicts after pardoning them "in the name of Allah".

The pardon of the men convicted of Shahzeb's murder triggered a widespread debate over whether the country's elite could be held accountable for crimes they committed as the prime accused belonged to powerful feudal families.

Today, Chief Justice Iftikhar was speaking on the matter during the hearing of another murder case.

The chief justice stated that it was wrong to use Koranic verses and religion for personal gains.

He said most suffering individuals and families were usually pressured into pardoning the convict, adding that it was the responsibility of the court(s) to prevent acts that harm not only certain people and families, but society on the lam from occurring.

Chief Justice Iftikhar declared that if an agreement between the parties fails to bring peace to either of the two, it could not be regarded as such. The agreement between the parties has to be valid for a court of law to allow the pardon for the convict(s).

The chief justice has asked Attornery General Munir A. Malik, all four provincial prosecutor generals and Advocate Shahid Hamid, who is representing a party in the case heard today, for their opinions on the issue relating to pardon in murder cases by September 23.

Four policemen put behind bars
[Dawn] Four officials of the capital police were on Thursday evening jugged
You have the right to remain silent...
on the charge of patronising two groups of extortionists in the fruit and vegetable market of Islamabad.

However,
facts are stubborn; statistics are more pliable...
three employees of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), who were also accused of being hands in glove with the extortionists, are yet to be rounded up.

The arrested coppers have been placed in durance vile
Maw! They're comin' to get me, Maw!
at the Sabzi Mandi cop shoppe and will be produced before a court for obtaining their remand on Friday.

It may be noted that on Tuesday night, the police conducted an operation against the two groups -- one local and the other Afghan -- and took into custody their 15 members, including five Afghans. However,
some men learn by reading. A few learn by observation. The rest have to pee on the electric fence for themselves...
except seven, including two Afghan nationals, the other detained people were later released.

During the interrogation, it was revealed that the two groups had been taking extortion from the traders of the fruit and vegetable market in connivance with some officials of the police and the CDA for over 12 years. The arrested men also disclosed the identification of their accomplices in the police and the civic agency.

The accused alleged that they had been carrying out the illegal practice with the help of ASIs Mohammad Ishaq, Mohammad Azam, Mohammad Syed Akhter, Sarfaraz Khan, head constable Agha Shah and constable Aurangzeb. Three officials of the CDA anti-encouragement wing, including Saghir and Abdul Ghafoor, also patronised the groups.

The accused said they had been getting extortion from the traders on the pretext of providing them 'protection' from criminals and allow them to do business in and around the market.

They took Rs100 from each stallholder and Rs50 from each cart vendor twice a day - in the morning and evening.

Hugo Schwyzer: Surprise! I lied about boning coeds!
From The Other McCain

Apparently Schwyzer's revelations come a week after another coed said she and the perfesser did the deed in his office in 2011, 13 years after he said he stopped.

From TFA:

Pasadena City College's porn professor Hugo Schwyzer admitted Thursday he had sex with students as recently as 2011 and said he has admitted himself to a psych ward for the fifth time this summer.
In California the turnaround time for sex rehab is incredible. Five times! Incredibly proficient in sex rehab, I'd say!
No doubt it would help to get the meds right if he actually took them...
Likely he found something to do. Probably in the bathroom.
"Professor Schwyzer, he was there,
And in the corner he sat
Amusing himself by abusing himself
And catching it in his hat."
As a result of Schwyzer's admission, college officials issued a statement saying there would be an immediate investigation into his conduct.
Unlike the ten or so other times, NOW they want an investigation...
It's academia. Perhaps someone finally got a grant.
More likely someone lost one...
The good-hearted professor offered to do it himself: "I'll get to the bottom of this!" he cried.
Immediately ! Immediately! Immediately!
Schwyzer, who last semester taught a class titled "Navigating Porn" and invited adult stars James Deen and Jessica Drake to speak to students, acknowledged he made the admission on the Internet in connection with Rosh Hashanah, the beginning of 10 days of atonement in the Jewish faith.
Anthony Weiner. Anthony Weiner to the white courtesy phone.
Rosh Hashanah is an annual event. Why didn't he feel this impulse in previous years?
He was busy, of course.
In an interview Thursday night from the Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula, Schwyzer also said he'd been on a "manic high" for two days prior to his confession.
I'd say it was one long bender...
Picture Daffy Duck, only horny.
"I want people to have compassion for me and to recognize that if they are frustrated or angry with me I did ... things because I am sick," he said. "I'm a fraud."
The room fell silent. The surprise was complete. Quietly, without fanfare, Mrs. van Blimmel fainted. The cigarette holder fell from her senseless hand. It landed on the brocade couch, to burn unregarded.
It sounds more like the confessions are pouring out because he's sick -- the behaviour was because he wanted to and could get away with it.
A written statement on behalf of PCC, signed by General Counsel Gail Cooper, said the institution on East Colorado Boulevard does not "condone or tolerate such behavior by any faculty member."
So you fired him, right? Right? tell me you fired him!
On Tuesday a woman who identified herself as a former PCC student wrote on a blog about having sex with Schwyzer in his campus office in 2008. The former student said she knew of at least one other girl who also had sex with the porn professor.
He's a professor of pornography. What'd she think the mid-term was gonna be?
Schwyzer said the woman's claim had merit, but he didn't remember the second student.
How humiliating for the second girl!
"I remember I only gave her a B minus..."
"I was fraudulent in that I stated it was wrong for older men to have sexual relationships with younger women," he said.
That's not fraud, that's truth, my dear professor. Interesting that you fail to differentiate between the two.
"But in practice I continued to have relationships with women who were young enough to be my daughter and there's a lot of fraud and hypocrisy in that."
And criminality. Mustn't forget criminality.
Known as a "male feminist" Schwyzer both wrote and spoke about how men themselves could help empower women.
Instead, men just help themselves!
And they bought it! They bought it all!!
Mwahahahahahaha!!!11!!!1
"I think I was a terrible male feminist. I think I've damaged the brand of male feminism," he said. "No one can hate me more than I hate myself right now and I'm saying that as a mental patient in a psych ward."
Actually, I think you are a great male feminist. Someone once said, feminists say men are pigs because THEIR men ARE pigs.
"Hey! I'm not a pig! I'm a lunatic!"
In a statement issued late Thursday afternoon, PCC officials said the college would "act swiftly to conduct an investigation and hold Mr. Schwyzer accountable for his actions while an employee."
Including termination, right Gail? At minimum, right, Gail?
The student, who identified herself as "Megan Moore" said she enrolled in Schwyzer's History 25B class "Women in American Society" in spring semester 2011. After meeting for coffee at Starbucks on North Hill Street and Walnut Avenue, the student said she developed a relationship with Schwyzer.
"Have a latte?"
"Yeah, sure."
"Wanna hump?"
"Yeah, sure."

After that, "We continued to meet for sex, sometimes in his office with the door locked, for the next seven months until I graduated PCC in December 2011," she wrote.
See? Not cyclical, demonstrating that it wasn't due to the disease.
"Throughout his spectacular recent fall from grace Hugo has maintained that he never slept with his students after 1998,' she continued. "That simply isn't true. I know one other girl besides myself with whom Hugo was having sex the same semester."
Ewww
Didn't slow her down much, did it?
In a July 31 interview with this newspaper, Schwyzer insisted he no longer dated his students and helped write the school's policy on sexual relationships.
And it worked! He got laid more than a used rug.
Loopholes. I'm seeing a lotta loopholes...
"I've been warned not to talk about my past," he wrote in an email. "An earlier administration, well aware of my history with students, decided not to fire me and indeed asked me to write the college policy that forbade consensual relationships."
LOL!
It's a common teaching tool: the thinking is that if the students write the rules, they are more likely to follow them. This sometimes works.
Because...I'm BATMAN!!!
In their Thursday statement, college officials said that if their investigation determined the porn prof had sex with students he would likely be fired.

"All of us in the college are outraged by Mr. Schwyzer's statements about his conduct," the statement said.
Well, some of you anyway...
In a email, Cooper addressed the porn professor's status with the college.

"Mr. Schwyzer is on extended medical leave initiated at his request," Cooper wrote. "Due to his right of privacy, we cannot comment on the reason. Generally speaking, an employee who is on extended medical leave does not come onto campus due to his or her condition. We do not expect Mr. Schwyzer to seek to do so."

Schwyzer said he might seek to file a claim of psychiatric disability.
Now, he can't be fired.
"It could be an end around for them,' he said. "I'm looking very seriously at that option."
