[American Thinker] On Thursday, March 31, police in Washington, D.C. found the remains of five children in the home of an anti-abortion activist. According to Live Action, one of the largest organizations against abortion in the U.S., the activist in possession of the fetal remains "voluntarily informed the D.C. homicide unit of the babies and surrendered them to authorities."
Photos of these children quickly went viral, and many conservatives were shocked. The oldest child, a little boy, appeared to be entirely intact, and he was so developed that he is indistinguishable from a newborn. According to the assessment of Dr. Kathi Aultman, a former abortionist turned anti-abortion advocate, the little boy "[a]ppears to be in the 3rd trimester, near term and looks like he should have been in the nursery."
He is totally intact, but his skin is somewhat macerated. ... In other words, it has begun to degenerate, which would indicate that he was probably dead when he was aborted, or he was not well preserved, and his tissues began to deteriorate after the abortion. He appears to be completely normal and was probably aborted using the induction method, which uses medication to induce labor. He looks about the same size as my granddaughter when she was born.
A second victim, a little girl estimated to have been between 28 and 30 weeks old at the time of her death, showed evidence of extensive trauma, with deep gashes to the back of her neck, indicating she may have been killed in a partial-birth abortion. From Live Action:
One of the baby girls could be seen with her right eye open, significant damage to her head, and with the rest of her body relatively intact. Footage shows her curled in the fetal position with pinkish-tan skin as her lifeless, half-open eye looks into the distance.
Although these photographs don't entirely express the reality of abortion, they are an accurate representation. Pictures can't capture the smell of a small body being dismembered, or the kicks of a child after he's had his first limb torn off, but they can show that abortion is an act of murder. If anyone is caught off guard by the evidence, then he hasn't been paying attention.
According to the Guttmacher Institute, the research arm of the abortion industry, in the U.S. in 2017, there were 862,000 abortions. Around 1% of those abortions are extremely late-term, meaning they occurred after 21 weeks of gestation. (For reference, in 2020, little Curtis Means was born in Alabama at 21 weeks and one day and is now a healthy toddler.) Doing the math, that means that every year, around 8,620 abortions are performed on late-term babies — or around 22 a day.
What happened to the children in D.C. is not an anomaly; it is a daily occurrence. The gruesomeness of abortion is purposely hidden behind the sterile walls of medical offices, but that's no excuse. Abortion is child sacrifice, and it must end.

"voluntarily informed the D.C. homicide unit of the babies and surrendered them to authorities."
Pictures never lie or do they?. Visible proof far more believable. They will vilify her and attack her for showing the truth. Legal action far more aggressive than that directed at an abortion clinic.
[New Scientist] The risk of extreme rainfall in areas that have recently experienced wildfires may increase significantly by the end of the century in the western United States, if greenhouse gas emissions continue to rise unabated. "Or drought. We're not sure. Either way, it'll be EXTREME!!11!"
"In many places in the western US, we experience a lot of natural disasters," says Samantha Stevenson at the University of California, Santa Barbara. "Some of the most important ones are wildfires, many of which have burned through California and other western states recently. We also have rainstorms that can lead to devastating floods. Climate change has been known to amplify both these things."
Following wildfires, there is a higher risk of landslides and flash floods for several years in the burned area because it takes time for the ground cover and vegetation that was once there to regrow. Heavy rainfall can trigger these events.
Stevenson and her colleagues decided to study how often these extreme rainfall events will occur following a wildfire over the coming decades. The team ran simulations of the climate in the western US, under the most extreme warming scenario — in which greenhouse gases continue to be emitted uncapped.
[Gateway] Security Expert Gavin de Becker just warned that people should question when the government is telling them to fear something.
He noted that tyrannical governments have used the smear of "false news" to shut down dissent many times in the past:
"King Charles in the 1600s banned coffee houses. Why? Because coffee houses were places where people gathered together and talked and they’d be a little amped up...he put out a proclamation. I’m quoting it here. Restrain the spreading of false news and licentious talking of matters of state and government...he does another proclamation saying the spreaders of false news or promoters of anything malicious against the state will be considered seditious."
[Aljazeera] Taipei, Taiwan — Since Russia invaded Ukraine, Taiwan’s security has been on the lips of policymakers and analysts the world over, amid predictions China could one day follow Moscow’s lead and attempt to take over the island nation.
Both Taiwan and Ukraine are young democracies, whose national identity and political independence face the threat of aggression from a neighbouring superpower.
Taiwan, however, has a little-discussed secret weapon that Ukraine did not have — a dominance in manufacturing semiconductors that some analysts say could prove crucial in deterring an invasion by Beijing.
An invasion of Taiwan could trigger unprecedented global economic fallout due to the island’s position as arguably the most vulnerable single point of failure in the technology value chain.
Taipei’s "silicon shield" makes the stakes especially high for China. While Chinese President Xi Jinping has pledged to reclaim the self-ruled island by force if necessary, Beijing relies heavily on Taiwanese technology to power key industries that it is banking on to double its gross domestic product (GDP) by 2035.
"Taiwan’s integrated deterrence strategy must keep this stark choice between national objectives for Beijing clear," Jared McKinney, a scholar at Air University, told Al Jazeera. "Either conquer Taiwan or maintain economic prosperity."
"A question delayed is an invasion denied," McKinney said.

Taiwan would do well to completely disregard American 'experts'. They should keep their fingers crossed and butts clenched. And if possible develop a nuclear deterrent.
The only thing keeping China from invading them is a lack of courage and the nagging doubt that the world itches for payback for COVID, the smiling faces at the WHO notwithstanding.

I wonder if there is a significant day in history for China to think it was time to move on Taiwan. The Arab world thinks this way perhaps China does as well. All the bluster and posturing of China must serve some future purpose. This is an obsession with China as strong an obsession shown by Putin. All neighbors hold China at arms length. They can never be trusted. Even among their own people they prefer countries where they don't compete with their own people.

Taiwan's chip manufacturing is no more important than South Korea or Japans or Singapores and it is only there or four years ahead of China (which was cut off from new tech by Trump).
Look around the American Southwest and you'll notice East Asian chip manufacturers are building new plants in New Mexico and Texas. Possibly a coincidence, probably insurance.
[GatewayPundit] Far-left Google censored President Trump for years pushing hit pieces on the 45th President to the top of their search results. Google frequently censored top conservative websites like The Gateway Pundit and news broke that Google-YouTube censored and removed over a million videos on Covid-19.
Last August, Google demonetized The Gateway Pundit from their ad network. The Gateway Pundit is one of the top 200 websites in America today, according to Alexa ranking.
Now, the far-left company warned more publishers that they will demonetize any websites that "imply victims are responsible for their own tragedy or similar instances of victim-blaming, such as claims that Ukraine is committing genocide or deliberately attacking its own citizens."
Google also indicated that it may also demonetize for other reasons including talking about Nazi aspects of Azov Battalion.
“The article doesn’t blame the people of Ukraine or justify the war in Ukraine in any way, but it just talks about some of the uncomfortable aspects of the conflict that many other people have also been pointing out i.e. presence of neo-Nazi elements in Ukraine’s establishment. Azov Battalion is one such element.
The war in Ukraine has also brought out how the big tech and social media companies could align themselves in international conflict and act as supernational entities.”
Censoring the truth about the Ukraine Nazis? Who else would do such a thing? It pretty much screams "evil".
They censor so many things, this is just one more. What search engine do you use, Omomolet Phutch9064? Where do you watch videos?

I and many others pay no attention to the propaganda networks. They are so simple minded too obvious to even review. Still there are those who drink freely of the cool aid. They seem brain dead to reality. Effort to educate is a total useless effort. Don't step on that nail it will hurt you. They step on it. Why did you step on that nail?.I didn't believe you and still they don't believe you.

People who are only "somebody" on social media are addicted to the notion. They crave the attention, real or imagined, and presume that their experience, and the venue, is authentic.
Pathetic.

[GoldGoatsGuns] Today Hungarians go to the polls to decide their future. What they may not realize is that they also are deciding on the future of most of the European continent in the process.
Sitting Prime Minister Viktor Orban is vying for his fourth term in office, having been in power for 12 years and he is under intense opposition from within and without. It’s an open secret that Orban is reviled in Brussels.
And because of his basic sense of common decency and nationalism that means he must be removed from office in order to ensure the full consolidation of power with the European Commission and European Council.
That only happens with his removal and a Brussels-centric puppet controlled by George Soros and the Davos Crowd put in his place. There is a real sense of desperation surrounding this bid to remove Orban.
The formation of a ridiculous Not-Orban coalition of no less than six parties, none of whom would piss in each other’s mouths if their throats were on fire, is pure desperation. It is the apotheosis of the Davos strategy to put in power weak coalitions that can be torn apart at the seams but whose members are also so enamored with being in power they won’t collapse the government as popular opinion turns against them.
This is how Davos engineered Mario Draghi’s takeover in Italy. Five Star Movement cut a deal with the Democrats to oust Lega despite the polls being completely against the idea of such a government after Matteo Salvini pulled out of his coalition with Five Star back in 2019.
Germany’s ‘Traffic Light’ coalition members have almost nothing in common but in no way will you see the FDP, for example, pull out of it with their sinking poll numbers, now just 8%, even though they could. Instead, we see Finance Minister and FDP leader Christian Lindner doing exactly what he was put in power to do, gum up the financial works and prep the stage for the transference of Germany’s power within the EU to the EU.
But all of that unravels if Orban is free for another four years to veto every stupid and belligerent idea that comes out of the European Council. Hungary is already under financing sanctions from the EU over their anti-LGBT laws, threatening to block distributions from the EU budget.
The EU have already gotten the Poles to knuckle under because the Poles are dependent on Germany for gas flows thanks to their own intransigence in cutting deals with Russia for energy.
Hungary, on the other hand, has energy independence from Brussels by having contracted directly with Gazprom for natural gas via Turkstream’s train that goes into Serbia and Hungary. This should give you some context as to why the EU is trying to sanction Serbia and cut off the flows of that pipeline where it crosses EU territory in Bulgaria.

From the ZH link to the above. I guess the cheating operation will have to kick into overdrive now.
Update (1600ET): Much to the chagrin of the elites - as detailed below - Prime Minister Viktor Orban’s party took a commanding lead in Hungarian elections, according to an early count that appeared to dim the chances of a six-party opposition alliance to block him from a fourth consecutive term.
With 36% of the votes counted, mostly from rural districts that are the core of Orban’s support base, his Fidesz party was leading a six-party opposition alliance 58% to 30% on Sunday in the party list vote.
It was also tipped to win a large majority of the electoral districts that may give it close to a two-thirds parliamentary majority.
“We expect a clear victory,” Cabinet Minister Gergely Gulyas told reporters.

With 63 percent of the votes counted, Orban’s Fidesz party had gained 55.16% of the vote versus 33.09% for the six-party opposition coalition in the national party list vote which determines 93 seats out of the 199-seat chamber.
Fidesz also enjoys a clear lead in the results for individual constituencies, which determine the rest of the seats.

Excellent! I like Orban as much as he drives them crazy. If I were Hungarian, I'd be an Orban fan voter

Update (1700ET): AFP reports that Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban claimed a "great victory" in Sunday's general election, as partial results gave his Fidesz party the lead.
Addressing a jubilant crowd chanting his name, Orban said:
"We have won a great victory -- a victory so great you can perhaps see it from the moon and certainly from Brussels".

Don't get cocky, all the votes aren't in. It ain't 4AM yet, still 'found ballots' to be had and the dead haven't yet voted.
These are the globalists (or NN2N1's 'LSDs') he's against.

I'm sure that fellow Hungarian Soros is hating every second of it.
[Alt-Market.US] I first heard the phrase "Great Reset" way back in 2014. Christine Lagarde, who was head of the IMF at the time, was suddenly becoming very vocal about global centralization. It was an agenda that was generally only whispered about in the dark corners of institutional white papers and the secretive meetings of banking elites, but now these people were becoming rather loud about it.
Lagarde was doing a Q&A at the World Economic Forum and the notion of the "Reset" was very deliberately brought up; what the project entailed was vague, but the basic root of it was a dramatic shift away from the current economic, social and political models of the world into a globally centralized and integrated system — A "New World Order," if you will...
It’s important to remember that we had just jumped through the fires of an international credit collapse which started in 2008 and had continued to cause uncertainty in markets for years. The central banks had dumped tens of trillions of dollars worth of stimulus into the system just to keep it on life support. Some of us in the alternative media believed that these actions were not meant to save the economy, only zombify the economy through currency devaluation and inflation. Not long down the road, this zombie creation would turn on us and try to eat us alive, and only the central bankers new exactly when this would occur.
Think of the crash of 2008 as Stage 1 of the Reset agenda; the globalists were getting cocky and were ready to unveil their plans to the public.
Lagarde’s discussion at the WEF was also held around the time that Klaus Schwab was introducing his 4th Industrial Revolution concept, which is a little more forward with what the globalists really want. He talks excitedly of a true "global society" and a world in which people turn to Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a better means of governance. He even suggests that laws would eventually be dictated by AI and that courts would be run by robots.
This explains in part Elon Musk’s concerns about AI...
Of course, he admits that this cannot happen without a period of economic deconstruction in which people and governments will have to choose between sacrifice for the sake of stability or continued pain in the name of holding on to the "old ways." Look at it this way: The Great Reset is the action or the chaos, and the 4th Industrial Revolution is the intended result or planned "order." That is to say, it’s a new order created out of engineered chaos.

They would like for there to be fewer of us - just enough to serve as towel boys until robot technology replaces us. We will be happy towel boys because unhappy towel boys don’t eat.

[Just the News - 30 April 2020] The Office of the Director of National Intelligence said Thursday that the U.S. intelligence community has concluded that the COVID-19 virus was "not man-made or genetically modified" in China.
However, the office, which oversees the country’s network of spy agencies and advises the president on such matters, said it will continue to "rigorously examine emerging information and intelligence" to determine whether the outbreak began through human contact with infected animals or was the result of an accident at a laboratory in Wuhan, China.
The office also said the U.S. intelligence community’s conclusion is in line with "wide scientific consensus" on how the deadly virus started. Emphasis added. Failed confidence levels assumed.
[American Thinker] Progressives have a pedophilia problem. Full stop, as the Barack Obamas of the world might say. From CNN producers to Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) station chiefs and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) field agents; from the woke Disney corporation to Democrat donors; from Hollywood to the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA); from Facebook/Meta to the Lincoln Project to America's public school system — the progressive Left has a demonstrated prurient interest in underage children.
This is not guilt by association, innuendo, or conjecture; it is a firmly established fact pattern. And this is not to suggest that no Republicans have ever espoused or committed similar atrocities against children; extremely rare countervailing exceptions like Republican Dennis Hastert (who, unlike Democrats, was actually imprisoned in part for his crimes of child molestation) prove the rule that many Democrats have a strong affinity for pedophilia and the normalization of the same.
Empirically and factually, an overwhelming majority of public figures who are confirmed and aspiring pedophiles (along with pedo-friendly corporations like Disney) are progressive Democrats in terms of political orientation. All of this is hushed up by our progressive media, and thanks to progressive privilege, virtually nobody is ever prosecuted or punished.
Why is it never a national scandal when Democrats routinely prey on young children? Simple — because the progressive media protect Democrats far better than Rome's Praetorian guard ever protected any of the Caesars.
If Jeffrey Epstein's client roster had been chock-full of identifiable Republicans (instead of Democrats from Bill Clinton to Bill Gates to Bill Richardson — we knew nothing!), or if FOX News producers were outed as skeevy pedo perverts, the earsplitting cacophony from the media would be maximally amped with hysterical shrieks of sustained, collective outrage.
Moreover, if the progressive Epstein had instead been a prominent conservative donor and activist, he would've been rightly imprisoned decades ago. Perhaps he would even be alive today rather than conveniently dead.

I expect that we will discover that it is not just a Dem issue or there would be more RNC types ready to talk about it. The crossover votes will be indicative that pedophilia is not a political third rail.

[Science Alert] There's no longer any doubt that exercise can be a serious mood booster for people with major depressive disorder. Even an hour of physical activity a week can be enough to reduce the risk of future episodes.
Surprisingly, little is known about the more immediate effects of exercise on specific characteristics of both mood and mind among people with depression, both during an exercise session and straight after.
"A lot of previous research on the effects of exercise on mental health, in general, have used very broad measures of wellbeing," says Iowa State University kinesiologist Jacob Meyer.
"What we were interested in, specifically, is: how does acute exercise — that is, one session of exercise in a day — influence the primary symptoms of depression."
Chronic forms of depression consist of a variety of mental changes that make it more than just a feeling of glumness. For many, there's the sheer loss of enjoyment and pleasure that comes with depressive episodes — a symptom referred to as anhedonia.
Then there's the disorder's relationship with impaired cognitive functions, including memory loss and processing speed, which may also benefit from exercise.
To add detail to our knowledge of how a workout influences changes in both mood and mental skills, Meyer and colleagues analyzed various test scores of 30 volunteers before, during, and after either a moderately intense half-hour cycling session, or a session of quiet rest.
