#4 Watching out for aging parents is task and an half. My wife I know... We went bankrupt dumping unsaleable hose during obama housing melt down ... After driving 320 miles round 3 to 4x's a week for 6 months. We end up renting and babysitting both sets the next 7 years. |

#3 So I ask again...Where the $%^& was her family? It's not uncommon for elderly dementia patients to slip away from their families. It's a heavy burden minding a person like that 24/7 and inhumane to lock them up. It's a difficult situation. |

#2 Neither is with the police department and both are facing criminal charges Prosecutors have reviewed the arrests, and are acting, NN2N1. The police went after Ms Garner after she walked out of WalMart without paying the $13 she owed for her purchases, violently arresting her as she walked home. I assume that, like my mother’s situation, the retirement home is within sight of the store. Quite possibly she was still in independent living at the time, but was approaching the point of needing a transfer to assisted living. |

#1 Can't defend the LEO actions, despite her struggling against the poorly executed arrest process. Given how the LEO interacted with the other citizen only reinforced my opinion. Lawyers should review this LEO's arrests given the video I just watched. But I do have to ask a few things: 1. Where was the family of Karen Garner? Here we have a 73-year-old known dementia patient, out walking around and shopping by herself? So I ask again...Where the $%^& was her family? 2. Going on the assumption Karen Garner was walking home towards her home. Again where was her family and why is she walking. if her mental condition is hampered as they stated for the lawsuit? 3. Given the family has stressed Mama has mental issues, which precludes her from making rational decisions. Will the Family suddenly be there to help her manage the spending of the $Million payout? |
