I know it's against the law to urge people to commit a violent act, like, say, to riot, but is it against the law to urge people to commit a crime in general? Desertion is certainly a crime. Not that I expect him to actually be arrested, but I'm just interested in knowing if what he is doing is actually illegal or not. |
