Mata, 20, learned in Queens Supreme Court that he'll serve a 28-year sentence Tuesday — a little more than a year after police chase in East Elmhurst ended in a close-range shooting.

''It is simply a miracle that Officers Richard Yarusso and Christopher Abreu are alive today,'' said Melinda Katz, district attorney for Queens, in a statement.

So for 28 years the NY & US TAXPAYERS will house this POS, in conditions far better than the estimated 800K homeless in the USA live.

How about saving the US Taxpayer about $337.5K per year x 28 = $9.45M to house, feed and care for this POS.

Start offering lobotomy's and with a return to their country of origin. It will serve as both a warning and deterrent.
