Major Zaur Gurtsiyev is dead.

Gurtsiyev played a big role in the siege of Mariupol.

The horror of that assault was captured by Oscar-winning documentary 20 Days in Mariupol.

Gurtsiyev was drinking on a bench with a buddy. A grenade went off.

Not sure whose grenade.
