Boulos and Bishara Bahbah, who heads Arab Americans for Trump, helped orchestrate a letter Abbas sent to Trump wishing him well after a July liquidation attempt.
Trump expressed his gratitude to Abbas by sending the letter back to him with his signature and a brief message.
