#2 Israel should label the ICC a terrorist organization and that any such 'warrants' it issues will be met with termination warrants for it's members. Ie, they issue one arrest warrant, EVERYONE working for the ICC gets on the Mossad death list. Be sure to peek under your bed, your pillow and buy a new cell phone for every use.

#3 Apparently Israel is not a member state of the International Criminal Court and does not recognize the court's authority, though they have made presentations before the court.
