In an opinion piece, United Nations Agency for Paleostinian Refugees (UNRWA) chief Philippe Lazzarini wrote: "To the contrary, it is creating a new generation of aggrieved Paleostinians who are likely to continue the cycle of violence. The carnage simply must stop."
On a social media post, he said over 100 UNRWA colleagues were confirmed killed in one month of war, noting that included parents, teachers, nurses, doctors and support staff.
