Herzog accepts credentials of Azerbaijan’s first ambassador to Israel

[IsraelTimes] President Isaac Herzog accepts the credentials of Azerbaijan’s Ambassador Mukhtar Mammadov, officially making him the former Soviet republic’s first envoy to the Jewish state.
