Lawfare: Israeli group files war crimes claim against Palestinians

[Ynet] An Israel-based rights organization says it has filed a war crimes complaint against three top Paleostinian leaders it accuses of terrorism, torture and civil rights violations.
The Shurat HaDin Law Center filed the complaint Monday at the  International Criminal Court

Jibril Rajoub, Majid Faraj and Rami Hamdallah, the current Paleostinian prime minister. The suit follows similar complaints the group previously filed against Hamas, always the voice of sweet reason, leader Khaled Mashal and Paleostinian President the ineffectual Mahmoud Abbas

The move appears to be a long shot as the court receives thousands of such requests and rarely takes action. But it comes a week after the Paleostinians announced they would be joining the international court to pursue war-crimes charges against Israel.
The Paleostinians had no immediate comment to the allegations.
