Rosby has a history with the Police too, but this is just retarded. The officer should have known better, hell a person with half a brain would have known the dog was protecting it's master and asked said master to control his dog! Instead a stranger went for it's leash. While cornering his master.

Seriously, the officer should be on leave without pay just for being a dimwit. A dog jumps up and the first thing you do is go for your gun? Even the Police are affected by the stupidity in California.

#5 Related story: google up Rosie the Newfoundland that was shot in Des Moines, WA. Sad story regarding irresponsible owners, but the real tragedy is the POS lawyer that after two years or so, was able to find a sympathetic judge that awarded the 'grieving' owners big bucks.
