#2 I didn't realize that the Tigers had artillery. Of course, I didn't realize they had a satellite base either. Where are these guys getting all their $$$ from? The Paks or the Chinese?

#3 Chinese are providing pilot training to Sri Lanka military.

Pak, possibly. Some support was originally coming from sources in India (and might still), but the Indian gov't is 'unofficially' providing support to the Sri Lankans.

A lot of the Tamil money is/was coming from fundraisers among the Tamil population in Europe and the US.

#4 Credit card and identity theft are also being used to fund the Tamil Tigers. Several people were arrested in the U.S. last year (?) for that. Separately, I suspect the term satellite base is meant to refer to a subsidiary to the main base, not one from which space satellites are launched and/or controlled.

Men, women, supplies, cash, murderers, boats, and runners 5 deep in Tamil Nadu itself..
