Since she is making such POLITICALLY OVERTONE comments, then her Legal judgment and objectively are in SERIOUS question.

The DOJ should conduct a judicial review of Obama appointed Judge, Patricia A. Millett, on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Then present its findings to Congress.

Congress has the authority to remove her, according to the US Constitution w/o SCOTUS approval.

#2 The Congress could, and should, abolish the entire DC federal system, including the Appeals Court, and start all over with sane and unbiased judges.
The Nazis who were tried at Nuremberg got better judges than Judge Patricia A. Millett.
