#1 Jesus Alberto Pereira Castillo, 20, posted his $5,000 bond on Nov. 27, just eight days after he was arrested, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said. ICE had filed a detainer with the sheriff's office while he was still in jug, but that request was ignored.

There should be criminal charges against the Sheriff's office.

Whom ever set the bail at $5,000 for Rape, and refused to notify ICE. Each of them needs to spend 8 nights in jail with a bunch of arrested Trannies.

Then face Federal Charges of Aiding and Betting for releasing him despite a Federal issued detaining order.

Now with that said.
Couldn't ICE have taken his ass right then and there, and/or placed a GPS tracking device on him?
