What was accomplished by the USA since 1993, in Somalia?

Becuase, since the 1990s, no Somalia government has been able to control Somalia.

What if those $$BILLIONS were spent here in the USA, taking care of our own?

#4 ^ That assumes that 'Somalia' is more than international borders drawn on a world map! It is educational to see a Tribal/Ethnic Map of 'Somalia': the NW third by Djibouti is composed of two Clans, the elbow is largely one clan and the rest is a dog's breakfast of clans that hate each other centered on Mogadishu. Splitting 'Somalia' into three states would be much more practical.

#5 Strangely enough. the Italians actually controlled it. Given how many governments the Italians have had since the end of WW2, they were probably use to the chaos of the place.
