#1 The only long-term solution is to move them to Egypt. Since the Egyptian regime objects, it'll have to be destroyed - Israel have to take Sinai back anyways.

#2 Move them to Egypt, and then take over Sinai? Israel would have to kill the thousands of Islamist radicals living in El Arish and surrounding area.
