#2 I dunno. The video looks like normal movements to me. Nobody stands perfectly still unless they're soldiers who've been ordered to do so. But then, maybe he had to pee. I think if he'd been worried about appearances he could have used a box-like wooden podium that would have concealed his legs. This article sounds like wishful thinking. We've been hearing rumors for years that Putin is a drunk or that he has cancer and he's about to die or Parkinson's or whatever. And yet there he is, alive and well.
