ETC’s gas centrifuge enrichment process uses a large number of rotating cylinders (like the Iranian setup) which are interconnected.

IF this is the vendor, then it seems the EU & USA have been selling the equipment to the Iranians to make it possible for them to nuke non-Islamic nations.
