AL Code: AL Code § 13A-10-200 (2023)
... to knowingly destroy a public building, shall be guilty of a Class A felony and shall be imprisoned for not less than 20 years. ...also be fined the greater of the cost of replacing any property that is destroyed, or $250,000.
