#1 IIRC a Dhimmi must never, under any circumstance harm a Muslim.

Even if a Muslim unlawfully (according to Sharia) attacks a Dhimmi any violent self-defense is illegal.

A claim of self-defense by a Dhimmi would be irrelevant.

Why, exactly, isn't Sharia considered to be a corpus of racist apartheid law?
