#1 I think this is a ploy. Troops so different mixed with language skills so different. Training most likely in the works.

#2 Pokrovsk is a busy place these days. Seems like a bad idea to send the new guys into heated battle before you get them integrated.

If I were playing, I'd use the Norks in Kursk. As a blocking force, they complicate life for the Ukrainians, and it gives the NKor guys a chance to practice both defense and offense.

As a bonus, since Kursk is Russia, you get to claim there are no North Koreans fighting in Ukraine.
