#1 Flotation device training was probably bumped so they could cram more LGBTQ+ training. Or what we called "Watermelon school" when I was in the Navy.

#4 Gee, back in my old days, just to compete for going to Ranger school, involved jumping into a pool with full patrol equipment and weapons and then clearing yourself of them and get back to the surface.
