#7 The Trump Fence design minimized the need for lethal force, intentionally, but it still needs to be an option, including stopping individuals who resist apprehension. Border Patrol should NOT be playing "tackle football" as the only option every time. Of particular interest once the fence is fully established will be sound/microwave non-lethals to deter climbers etc. Once we regain physical control of the border, with got-aways reduced to reasonable levels, ICE teams and vigorous of E-Verify and Remittance Controls can begin the massive return of illegals to country or origin or Mexico as warranted.
