#9 Thirteen out of how many? It’s the ones that get through to hit the target that matter — the Syrians manage to shoot down some, too, but never enough to protect the target from destruction.

Contrariwise, Israel’s systems completely ignore incoming that’s aimed for empty dirt or the Mediterranean.
