If China is about to act against Taiwan because Trump actually overcomes all the cheating and wins the election, the intervening 75 days of the "Biden" Presidency represents a center-of-gravity moment and a massive power vacuum for senior governance as the political appointees and their allies begin a widespread exodus/retirement across a wide spectrum of federal agencies including DoD/DHS/FBI and the IC. This creates disconnects, holes and confusion and lessens the already sclerotic "agility" and command and control of military/disaster response/law enforcement nodes.

As Chinese actions begin or just prior- hundreds/thousands of critical infrastructure targets are attacked by trained, infiltrated Chinese SF teams with detailed target folders, malware, DOS and kinetic weapons.

Communications, transport, essential water/power/energy/internet/radio/television/food systems are collapsed, port/rail/air facilities are sabotaged, and domestic chaos breaks out in the urban cores as the secondary outbreaks of Antifa, illegals and Paleostinans join in.

How will the vacuous Clown Show respond?
