Rather than risk ground transport of multi-millions of seized narcotics each month, DEA loads narcotics for destruction into their own secure transport vehicles and flies them via C-130 directly into the airfield for offloading at the incineration site.

As a fun piece of obscura, consider the name Crows Landing, California, (a name derived from the US Navy use of the airfield to train enlisted pilots during WWII, and the Eagle in the enlisted sleeve rank insignia, hence "crows").
