Doubt they'll welcome a bunch of "Train People" into their turf; on the other hand, very unlikely they'll team up with the black gangs they've been fighting for years. #9 The Venezuelans are likely to bring a more spectacular level of cartel-style violence to the conflict, as well as a probable connection to the Cuban intelligence service (DGI) which has propped up Maduro's government for years now. A widespread, ground-level TdA base in Chicago and deeper penetration of the demokrat machine at the retail level there seems likely to then connect them directly into the mainstream demokrat party apparatchiks in DC.
