Jewish ability for self-delusion is infinite - a consequence of 2000 years of Diaspora: you can't live with an awareness that the surrounding Gentiles may decide - for reasons that you have no control over - to come and kill you. In USA this tendency was reinforced by American Exceptionalism.

I read that as America’s open culture allows the deluded the safety and freedom to be even more deluded than they would otherwise be, Xyz. That’s not America’s fault — the fault lies in the choice to choose delusion, and not just among a portion of the Jewish population.

#12 Tolerance has been a hallmark of American Exceptionalism culture for most of our history, with obvious failures. But of late we have become passive in our public square to abusive behavior masked as "tolerable" protest and free speech.

We need to reassert the notion that tolerance is finite, and quickly dissipated when abused. If you find that idea concerning, be concerned about what that notion of limits might mean for you and behave respectfully.
