#1 The Azov Brigade has made it clear no capitulation.No betrayal. Not even one millimeter left in Russian control. To back stab the Ukrainian people will cause death to whomever instigates such efforts. Direct warning to Zelensky. History repeats itself. War ending in Germany with country destroyed efforts maintained towards to the bitter end. Following generations will view with pride such efforts.

Interesting thought that Lincoln and Putin both being lawyers have acted similarity in their efforts to prevent war. Opposition however had no interest in entertaining any compromise. Any compromise is defeated before idea is delivered.

I don't recall Lincoln trying to conquer a sovereign country for the greater ~~Soviet~~ United States but your mileage may vary. I guess. Putin was a lawyer Besides being a ~~KGB/~~FSB agent?
