#2 With the new election Putin is to make changes as required. Shoigu a civilian engineer was not demoted or fired. He simply is doing what he has always done.
Belousov I understand is well suited for this post. Seems western media can only dwell upon the negatives. Disinformation abounds. As I recall he is younger and has performed very well and is respected by many in this administration. Putin seems to have a knack for picking high quality people. My hope is Trump dismisses holdovers as they always seem to undercut and leak information to the media.
