OTOH, I was looking further east at the conditions in Oymyakon. When I looked it was -70F. Yesterday was,

Average temperature yesterday: -67 °F

a spitball with a volume of 1 milliliter from a 6' tall person will probably freeze solid before it hits the ground at -70F
