Sounds like a misinterpretation of Boyd's OODA loop (Observe, Orient, Decide, Act). Yes, changing faster than the other guy is a winning strategy, but you still have to make good changes. Quickly jinking left when you should have jinked right is still losing.

#10 'Fatigues' are great at camouflaging large objects. Besides it gives desk jockeys the feeling of actually being a 'warrior' without eating mud, bugs, dust or humping 100lbs+ of gear on a daily basis. Sort of like Chardonnay sipping suburban middle class women can get their solidarity with the 'in' victim groups.
