#1 The beginning of the first layer was a shit ton of mines and small fortified entrenchments in the wood breaks. Was damn hard for any nation to break through. But the Ukrainians are reporting there are few to no mines in front of the dragon's teeth and none behind it.

If I was Russia, I would have just as many behind and if my guys had to withdraw, they have cleared paths and then can mine those narrow spaces when they left. Gotta do it all over again. Doesn't seem to be the case now.
