#1 ...Assuming 17 Tu-95s, that's only 34 ALCMs max. Mr. Bear is a pretty reliable old bird, so I'd give them good odds of all of them getting off the ground. All 17 missiles getting clear and hitting their target, not quite so much.

The Bears may be loaded with the new FAB-500 glide bombs - traditional 1,000 lb bombs fitted with a guidance kit. In that case, "a whole bunch" is a reasonable estimate.
