#2 sure there is a lot of political speech on twitter

but there is a lot of ordinary info exchange also

Corporations put out links to public notices.

Weather offices use twitter to alert for tornados.

Hospitals provide updates when treating patients after an emergency.

Schools put up menus and menu changes.

Just a mistake to think it is all political.
