#11 Already speculation that the Samaritan may be in trouble because the mall is a "Come Shoot Us" "No Guns Allowed" property.

Fine ,then the families of the vics should sue the property for being "an attractive nuisance"

Probably not, everything I've read from multiple sources says that while the mall can put up a no weapons sign, it has no force of law in Indiana.

#13 Praise for the good samaritan not only from the police, but also the mall management, who are reported to be grateful he was there. I think politically it would be impossible for even a Soros DA to sell prosecution.
