You have no problem blaming one community for slavery that ended over a 150 years ago. You are absolutely silent about the community that is responsible for nearly all of today's killing. You ask why?

#3 The clearance rate is low wherever there is mistrust between the police and community. Same situation when we occupied Iraq and Afghanistan.
