#3 As significant as the gun control and abortion decisions are, to me the big enchilada is tomorrow, when the Court is expected to rule in West Virginia vs. EPA, which gives the Court the opportunity to castrate the administrative state. Double-Maximum Vapors if that happens.

#5 I doubt Justice Thomas is affected by this stuff, but on the whole it is not a great idea for the left to be running around saying "Eff Clarence Thomas" while the WV vs EPA case is still pending. Sort of like: "The judge in my criminal case doesn't have the guts to give me a long sentence." "Oh yeah? 20 years gutsy enough for you?"
