#2 Not at all. I mentioned a few days ago that the recent NYC court ruling (about noncitizens voting) wouldn't make a bit of difference in deep blue areas. This is only one reason why; add in mail-in voting, the usual Dem ballot stuffing, throw in Dominion voting machines, and there you have it - permanent Dem victories in NYC.
